I'm a Hindu woman of 64 years old from india. Now living in UK. I became interested in theology few years back and hence started going through different scriptures. In recent times I started reading Koran. The first verse of chapter 2 caught my attention and I dwelled on the verse several days. It says that the Koran is a guidance for the people whom are pure mindful of the Creator and whom are seeking guidance. Amazing way to start a book of guidance. I have finished first 3 chapters so far and will continue till end whatever time it takes.

Ibn Ishaq stated that of the apostles and disciples that Jesus sent (to preach) there were Peter AND PAUL who went to Rome; Andrew and Matthew who went to the land of the cannibals; Thomas who went to Babel in the eastern lands; Philip who went to Africa; John went to Dac-sos(?) which is the tribe to whom the sleepers of the cave belonged; Jacob went to Jerusalem; Bartholomew went to the lands of Arabia, specifically Al-Hijaz; Simon who went to the Barbarians; Judas and Barthas(?) who went to Alexandria and its surrounding regions. So officialy according to islamic scriptures, Paul is a legitimate follower of christ. Thanks

From the primitive land of the Arabian Peninsula of over 14 centuries ago rose Muhammad, an illiterate hired hand of a rich widow Khadija, claiming he was the bearer of a perfect life prescription from God-the Quran. He claimed humanity could do no better than to follow its precepts as well as to emulate Muhammad’s own life example for a guarantee of bliss and salvation. In exchange for this, people had to embrace Islam-surrender-by surrendering their liberty to Muhammad. Islam is the most successful fraud in the history of humanity and has been a great success. Millions of mullahs and imams keep the fraud going and over a billion and a half of the faithful pay for it. They pay in funds, labor and even life, for the IOUs issued to them by the Islamic organizations that glide through life without breaking a sweat for earning their daily bread. Islam is a fraud and Muslims are the victims

You can not have christianity with the teaching of Jesus Christ(pbuh). but you can have Pauline Christianity with the teaching of Paul. He is not a prophet nor he ever knew Jesus(pbuh). Mark is the first Gospel. Mark didn't deifying him. Once you start reading Mathew and later version of bible you will see Latter the version is The More of he became as god. still not implicitly but explicitly. One person(son, father, sacrificial lame (not him but only flash)(i don't know how you can have sacrifice with flash only but not a whole person himself). If you can have sacrifice with flash only mode. Why does he need to be resurrected. Death means complete death not flash only mode death. He is 100 percent human and 100 percent god. He is One with all the other gods. So end result is that 1 god is 100 percent men and God. In that sense the Christian god is 100 percent men and 100 percent god. Somebody would say he is not men anymore well didn't he resurrected. Then he got his human body back. so he is one with god in 100 percent men form and god form. Anyways brother if somebody think throughly it become unthinkable how Christians scholar thinks. I think it become unimaginable that Christians scholars are so much knowledgeable( they might pull hair at night but don't say anything cuz it is their bread)

@@lerobarns1048 Sure, 100%. Regarding the statements of Jesus: Monotheism: Matthew 22:37 "But he said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind." Mark 12:29 "Jesus answered him: The first is: 'Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God is one Lord' Creation of the Trinity: In the period between 325 (First Council of Nicaea) and 675 (Synod of Toledo). The disciples of Jesus and the early Christians did NOT believe for hundreds of years a triune God. That would also have been impossible in Jerusalem at that time, since there was a death penalty for it because it is blasphemy in Judaism. As in Islam, associating anything with God is blasphemy - shirk. It was, is, and always will be. This is one of several proofs why Christians not follow Jesus but Paul and the Church Fathers who had nothing to do with Jesus. Laws of God: Matthew 5:17-20 "17: Do not think that I came to abolish the law and the prophets! I came not to abolish but to fulfill. 18: Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota and not a tick of the law shall pass away until all is done. 19: Whoever breaks even one of the smallest commandments and teaches people accordingly, he will be the smallest in the kingdom of heaven. But whoever keeps them and teaches them to keep them will be great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 Therefore I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven." Here reference is made to the Mosaic Laws. Such as the ban on pork or the obligation to circumcise boys etc. If the core message of Jesus - peace be upon him - was to dissolve or "fulfill" these laws through his death on the cross, why is Jesus here warning those who do not keep the law? Jesus and his disciples kept these laws like the first Christians (Jerusalem community) after "Jesus' death". Why then is Pauline theology necessary? Jesus even prescribes keeping the laws!

Matthew 26:39: "39 Under he went a little further and fell on his face and prayed and said: My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me! Not as I will, but as you ⟨will⟩." We Muslims are found in prostration (Sujud) praying face to the ground. Furthermore, the Trinity and the doctrine of the two natures are rejected here. Jesus says clearly that what God should happen and not what he wants. He exalts God and humbles himself. Just as a believer humbly does. Also optically Muslims see Jesus - peace be upon him, and all prophets similarly by wearing a beard, women cover themselves like the wives of the prophets etc. Do you know the terms "Shituf" (Hebrew) and "Shirk" (Arabic)"? "Teshuva" (Hebrew" and "Tawba" (Arabic). Compare Judaism here with Islam and then Pauline theology.. Crucifixion of Jesus etc.

In Islam we have Nabi' (Prophet) and Rasul (Messenger). The difference is that a Messenger came with a Book (Torah, Injeel, Qura'n) while a prophet didn't. A Prophet would teach the Book of the Messenger that came before him. So every Rasul was also a Nabi', but not every Nabi' was a Rasul. Then there are 5 Messengers who are even higher in stature than other Messengers. They are called Ulu al-Azm, which roughly translates to "Those of the Perseverance and Strong Will" Those 5 are: Nuh (Noah) peace be upon him Ibrahim (Abraham) peace be upon him Musa (Moses) peace be upon him Eesa (Jesus) peace be upon him Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him

S as for quoting the Christian Bible, we don't say it's completely corrupted, we believe some of Jesus's teachings did survive the translations and the corruptions, just like we believe the "old testament" wasn't entirely corrupted, I know our cousins would naturally disagree but it's what it is.

The song is called Adon Olam [אדון עולם] which means Lord of the Universe. It is a beautiful hymn. I will try to give you an impression of its words - to really "get" those words you need to know the language but nonetheless, maybe my translation will help. Lord of the Universe Who reigned as King before anything with form was created At the time that everything was made according to His Wishes, then His Name was proclaimed "King" וְאַחֲרֵי כִּכְלוֹת הַכֹּל לְבַדּוֹ יִמְלוֹךְ נוֹרָא And after everything will have been completed, He Alone will reign with awesome majesty And He was and He is and He will be in perfect glory And He is One and there is no second to whom He can be compared to associate with Him Without beginning and without end and to Him belongs all might and all sovereignty And He is my God and my Redeemer, the Rock I rely on when I suffer in times of trouble And He is my Banner and my Refuge, the Fullness of my cup when I call out to Him In His Hand I entrust my soul when I sleep and when I wake up And with my soul also my body: the Lord is there for me and I shall not fear! Any Muslim will agree wholeheartedly with these words, I guess... One note: the word I translated as Universe can equally be understood as Eternity. Since the Almighty Creator is the Creator of both space and time, this is entirely logical. The word *also* means *hidden* - which means that the full reality of Who He is can only be approximated by mortal humans who exist within the confines of space and time. Yet, however far away He may be from any human experience, He is *also* nearer to me than I am to myself. The hymn emphasises both sides of that paradox simultaneously. I love that song - and especially the version rabbi Singer uses as his signature tune. For what it is worth, this is what Google Translate makes of the text in Arabic:

The "Trinity" can be disproven if each of the three persons represent love (agape), something like "is the Father [the embodiment] of love"? etc. then if each are "creators" independent of the two others.

@@bt-lt4os actually no, because the Isaiah 7:14 does not even imply anything about the "virgin birth", it is a birth of a young woman, nor is anything about future. It is written in past tense, which is different from the prophecies, as they are all written in future tense. Some people claim it is a midraj, or even a peshat of Jesus's birth but no, the two events have no relation. But yes, we believe he is born from a virgin mother

Hi Rabbi! I wrote the following comment on your ‘Church Deceived its Followers…’ vid. about one month ago…also on your previous one. You may have missed it (no one replied), so will share again below on this new 1…look forward to your take, and Shabbat Shalom!😉 Start… I’ve NEVER seen anybody answer this, so perhaps Rav Singer will be the first. Let’s say that the Jewish people as a whole or nation did the right thing and/or were correct in rejecting YESHUA/Jesus as Moshiach/Messiah…which, obviously, Rabbi Singer believes. Shouldn’t HaShem have been pleased…& blessed them for it???! What ended up happening, though… There was the soon-to-be destruction of Jerusalem AND the Temple, in 70 AD/CE…over 1 million Jews killed…followed by another DISASTER around the 130’s AD/CE (Bar Kochba Revolt)…which was capped off with THE Great Diaspora/Scattering…centuries of ‘hell’…the nazi (small ‘n’ intentional) HOLOCAUST (another 6 million Jewish souls wiped out…in the worst, most unimaginable manner possible…can’t even be fathomed😡😡😡)…and on and on and on! ALL of the above is the OPPOSITE of what the Tanach teaches, imo (ie. for Israel/the Jewish people being faithful to G-d etc.). My people was supposedly *right*, yet rather than being blessed, ended up CURSED, for saying “No, thanks”, to Jesus. Plz tell me WHY, dear Rav…Toda, & blessings to you and yours! Very Sincerely, Barry

How sad a religion that needs other people's misfortunes to demonstrate its own truth. And how ironic that Christian martyrs are paraded to demonstrate the truth of Christianity while Jewish martyrs seem to demonstrate the falsehood of Judaism. You should take an elementary course in logic.
