At Wealthion, we show you how to protect and build your wealth by learning from the world’s top experts on finance and money. Each week we add new videos that provide you with access to the foremost specialists in investing, economics, the stock market, real estate and personal finance.
We offer exceptional interviews and explainer videos that dive deep into the trends driving today's markets, the economy, and your own net worth. We give you strategies for financial security, practical answers to questions like “how to grow my investments?”, and effective solutions for wealth building tailored to 'regular' investors just like you.
There’s no doubt that it's a very challenging time right now for the average investor. Above and beyond the recent economic impacts of COVID, the new era of record low interest rates, runaway US debt and US deficits, and trillions of dollars in monetary and fiscal stimulus stimulus has changed the rules of investing by dangerously distorting the Dow index, the S&P 500, and nearly all other asset prices. Can prices keep rising, or is there a painful reckoning ahead?
Let us help you prepare your portfolio just in case the future brings one or more of the following: inflation, deflation, a bull market, a bear market, a market correction, a stock market crash, a real estate bubble, a real estate crash, an economic boom, a recession, a depression, or another global financial crisis.
Put the wisdom from the money & markets experts we feature on Wealthion into action by scheduling a free consultation with Wealthion’s endorsed financial advisors, who will work with you to determine the right next steps for you to take in building your wealth.

This lady is completely detached from reality. And rates right now are over 7%. As soon as she said 6% I knew she had no idea what she’s talking about.

Once employment gets affected everything she said about housing being good will reverse. No job, no money to buy a house. It will not matter where rates are at that point. When this happens supply will increase dramatically and prices will fall for sure. In fact builders are already giving large incentives to buy new homes but this is not shown in the numbers, it will take time. Just wait and watch, there will be some good opportunities to buy in the next couple of years.

Long time Wealthion viewer here. I miss Adam being on the show because you actually got valuable information. This lady sounds like she just repeating headlines and catchphrases. Had me turn off the video shortly after she said mortgages were at 6%.

There seems to be a fallacy that home buyers are always tied to a mortgage rate. For wealthy people it would make more sense to buy homes in outright cash rather than financing and keep 7% annual savings from a mortgage.

At the start of the year, I thought Powell being dovish and the fed talked about upcoming, and the number of rate cuts is what prompted the market to rally.

As long as people can sell the housing market can simmer along. When rates pass a certain threshold it becomes impossible to sell. We may see a point where all the conventional wisdom goes wrong and rates spike. Government spending is way out of control everywhere.

Home pricing are coming down. I would agree it’s not coming fast enough but they will. The market will crash because you don’t have enough people that can actual qualify for Mortgages right now. 80% of the market is priced out. The housing market can’t sustain its self at least not long term

Good to see 2 FED cheerleaders. Connor says the FED did a good job with SVB and other banks crashing a year ago. Considering the FED caused this problem with keeping rates ridiculously low for a decade, that's the least they could do. They are both the fireman and arsonist. But worse than that, the low rates have caused mal investment through out the economy. There is no doubt these FED actions will bite us soon as loans on CRE come due and the nut can't be paid anymore. Then their is the Gov debt. If rates had stayed at 5% for the 10 year, they would not have been able to accumulate this level of debt. But go for it. Sweep at that under the rug. Keep the happy face no matter what.
