We finally took out my 2009 Chevy Corvette Z06 on a racetrack! My first time on track in my C6 Corvette taught me a lot and it was the most fun I've had in the Z06. We have a lot to learn and realized a lot in just one session. Hopefully we can get back out there next season! Cheers friend 🤘

Can confirm, best track car for the money is a fact!
Install a short throw shifter assembly, harness bar, 5 point harness along with the other things you mentioned (tires, breaks, fluid). I haven't put a 5 point harness in my Corvette, but I have one in my Mustang that I race and it will keep you firmly planted in your seat. The harness bar will also help stiffen the car without adding much weight. The short throw shifter (with adjustable stops) will make a night and day difference. It makes the factory shifter assembly feel like a rubber band.

For track use it really doesn’t hold you. But on road it’s VERY comfortable 😬
