And what does the Bible say a “soul” is? Genesis 2:7 says, “and the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a ‘living soul.’ “ the soul is not immortal and neither does it survives without the body as some ethereal separate ghostly spirit. It is a combination of two parts, the body and the breath of life which comes from God, the only imparter of life. False teachings that the soul or ‘spirit’ survives the body when it dies is simply not biblical and owes its origins to pagan ideology traced back to the Catholic Church, who got it from ancient Roman times, who adopted it from the Greeks who got it from the ancient Egyptians and they derived it from the ancient Sumerians. This false teaching is no where given in Holy Scripture. And another example is found to disprove such a belief in scripture about an immortal soul; in Ezekiel 18:4 states, “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine; the “soul” that sinneth, it shall die.” Proving beyond doubt that souls do not live forever, but are subject to death and destruction. Even Jesus warned be not afraid of that which can destroy the body, but of what can both destroy body and soul.

Would you go to a doctor today for brain surgery, who was using textbooks from the 80s? Maybe you can find a quote from the 70s to explain car phone technology. Try again, this time try to quote a book you dont have to blow an inch of dust off of. Again my fault, I forgot Theist don't like to stay current, they prefer 2000 year old information. How did your wizard create the universe? Did he just wish the universe into existence? Somehow that makes more sense than the universe coming into existence through natural means? You do realize there are more hypothesis out there beside a universe from "nothing"; the is the idea that the universe has always existed, there is the idea that material from another dimension somehow came into contact with ours, there's the idea that there have been countless Big Bangs and that the universe keeps expanding then contracting and starting all over again. I don't know what I believe but just because I don't know doesn't mean I am going to go for a supernatural claim; that would be solving a mystery with a bigger mystery. There is zero testable evidence for the supernatural of any kind.

We ALL have a bias. Even highly intelligent people come to conclusions that are wildly off, if they refuse to listen to the witness and admit only the evidence that supports their hypothesis. If someone refuses to consider the supernatural, they will find ways to dismiss things like the fulfilled prophecies in the Bible. But anyone with a drop of self-interest ought to carefully consider whether those prophecies are genuine. Because: if no God, there are NO consequences for your actions; even if you believed in Jesus, you're just gone. If God is, then there are ETERNAL consequences; if you believed there was no God, you live in unending torment. Which belief is a greater risk?

He would certainly say, "we use the Biblical Documents as a part of your excavations". I know Dr. Steven Collins, the excavation director of Tell el-Hammam (possibly Sodom) would also consider the Biblical documents as a significant resource in his excavation. I know Dr. David Wood, the excavation director of Khirbet el-Maqatir (Ai) would agree the Biblical Documents were very significantly used in his excavation work of Khirbet el-Maqatir. Difficult to see how or why you omitted the opinions of these three prominent archaeologists. Be Well, DZ

Psalm 145:8-9 The Lord is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. The Lord is good to all, and his mercy is over all that he has made. Acts 17:25 nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything. Acts 17:28 for In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said, For we are indeed his offspring. Job 12:10 In his hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind. Job 33:4 The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life. 1 Corinthians 15:45 Thus it is written, The first man Adam became a living being, the last Adam became a life-giving spirit. John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life. John 6:57 As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me. John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Luke 19:10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. John 12:47-48 If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day. Luke 10:16 The one who hears you hears me, and the one who rejects you rejects me, and the one who rejects me rejects him who sent me. John 13:20 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever receives the one I send receives me, and whoever receives me receives the one who sent me. John 12:44-46 And Jesus cried out and said, Whoever believes in me, believes not in me but in him who sent me. And whoever sees me sees him who sent me. I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. John 12:50 And I know that his commandment is eternal life. What I say, therefore, I say as the Father has told me.🙏🏼

For example, you never demonstrate that divine entities do not exist, instead it is the religious who must demonstrate that divine entities existence. Regarding the bible, You must take each claim individual, just becaosue the Bible mention Jerusalem which can be demonstrated to exist, it does not automatically mean that other claims are true, like that Jesus could walk on water. Let us take one verse, Revelation 6:13, "And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth .." Can we demonstrate that stars exist? Yes, are they big? Yes, can they fall to earth? no => The verse Revelation 6:13 do not reflect reality => fictional. Are there parts of the text fictional? Yes

Maybe you need to use Cartography instead of archeology. It would be much more helpful to find Noah's ark. Every one is missing the most important clue about this subject. I haven't heard anyone use this method. The dove that brought back evidence of land was more precisely a mourning dove. The Mourning dove was used on purpose for a couple of reasons. The main reason it was used was because you can hear it fly! You must first use your ears to locate the bird to spot where its coming from. Secondly, it was used simply because it was time to NEST. Hint hint! Mourning doves have been nesting at the same time of year for thousands of years. Why is this important may you ask? Lets say Noah spotted the bird at about 2 pm in the afternoon sun. Now you have a time. It really doesn't matter about the time precisely. Knowing the time the bird was spotted AND the time of year you can now calculate a latitude or a couple of latitudes.. You cannot calculate a longitude. Using Cartography and todays satellite images of suspected landing zones can now be located. Minus mountain range decay of course. If you want proof, thats the way to go. All the information must fit together for you to find it.

Noah's Ark? Are you seven? Oh my, an adult who believe in Noah's Ark....lol So tell me how did penguins get to the middle east? What did Koalas eat? What did they feed all the carnivores for a year? How did they survive the methane build up ( one tiny window in a giant boat for ventilation), why didn't the atmospheric pressure crush their lungs? Why send birds out to find dry land when you dont have a rutter or sails? Where did Noah get the stuff to make beer? What did the animals eat after getting off the Ark, how did all the fish survive brackish water? How did all the viruses survive? What about parasites that quickly kill the host? What about deadly mold?

Firstly, I do not believe your video in its entirety is inaccurate or wrong, as the Bible and other historic religious texts are of course important for historical research. But, you seem to be taking the thoughts of just 5-6 archeologists, and seemingly applying their beliefs to the entirety of archeologists, which likely is not true. Such a small sample size cannot determine whether the entirety or a majority of archeologists use the Bible. Also, you don’t mention to what scale or length these archeologists use the Bible in the work, which can be important to note as for some archeologists, the Bible may just be a base template for their work that is not referenced or used in their work much after. I personally feel like your video here is not quite descriptive enough for the question you are asking.
