The new dash and infotainment is such an amazing improvement

No, not because of the engine, but because of the DCT. Way too many reports of issues.

At least give it the 2.0L 2.5 if they do a full N.

No flat black around the wheels, love the wheels, the silver, and the interior. A naturally aspirated 2.5L engine would be better than the turbocharged engines in my opinion. Keep bringing us great coverage from the NY Auto Show thank you Joe and Lori for all you do!

The 2.5 is used in the gas only models. The 1.6 is only on the hybrid

Have had a Limited Hybrid since they first appeared and love it. But the new interior, HUD, wireless CarPlay, etc., will force me to buy this new one. And when I see people complaining about the piano black, and low turn signals in the rear, and other picayune complaints, they should look at the overall value of what Hyundai is bringing to the market with this car. Nobody mentions the great warranty, but parrot “ reliability “ nonsense.

Awesome new Tucson . Didn't notice if it had Memory Seat buttons , should have had power steering wheel adjustment, is ther remote start, does it have Heated and Ventilated Front seats? Does the Hybrid have a 6 spped or 8 speed Auto Tranny ?

Love this update. The console has room for my yellow waterproof walkman and a few cassettes. Appreciate the aerodynamic nose with functional side curtains. Does this N Line come with BOTH heated and ventilated seats? Looking forward to the test drive! Thanks.

Good idea on the fog lights. Maybe someone will design a kit, that fits where the fake vents are. 💙✌️🐰

I do not like the gear shifter behind the steering wheel.

Does the 1.6 turbo engine have both port and direct injectors to prevent the intake valves from carbon buildup?

Yeah its incredible. not too long ago these along with Kia had the worst reputation now they are some of the very best.

You didn’t give of the hp/torque numbers for the 1.6 turbo/hybrid?

I have run one of these for the past two years. Excellent car apart from the rear collision system. There is no quick way to disable it. Prevents me reversing even when another car is letting me out or traffic is moving in other lanes. Slams the brakes on.

I miss my 2022 Tuscon Sel i may have to get this or a santa fe

I do like the Hyundai Tucson N-Line I think this is the Apostle to the Crossover SUV's & I do like the fake vents & I think it gives it style as to a boring gray corner of the front facia & I also love the geometric fenders.

Esthetically looks good, but needs to remove that lower 2 rectangular light on both sides. I'm not a fan of those lights.

Not as good as good MPG as the RAV4 or CR-V, but it’s infinitely better than both in every other aspect. Well worth the trade off.

i have a 24 tucson N line i like it a lot. It is a great car for the price and has lots of tech; on my 2024 Tucson, the Zonk is on the digital cluster and way too small; glad they made it bigger for 2025.

Hyundai needs to make n line mean performance like it does on their hatchback type r competitor. Across their entire line. And not just aesthetics And I agree for the money the tosun is the best suv for the price. But I would avoid any hybrid etc models. Repair and maintenance costs long term aren't worth it for a meaningless range boost. And the cost upgrade even with environmental rebates isn't worth it. Better to buy a second car that's a BMW and splurge on that that on a sub that's meant to go from a to b

The Tucson looks good, I like it has a heads up display very important, what I don’t like is the lack of HP , would definitely consider this over the 2024 rav4 . Let’s see what Toyota comes out with in 2025 .

Great review. To me, the new Tuscon looks better that the RAV 4. But it's hard to beat the plug in Hybrid version of RAV 4. And the reliability.

When will Hyundai/Kia start to offer more advanced headlights like matrix led? They are still behind technically and competition offers more. This could be my next car but since i have matrix leds since 2017 in my compact hatchback i dont want to go back to standard leds.

They need to upgrade the ambient light in this car, just like the santa fe 2024.

I owned a Hyundai since 2008, Elantra, then in 2012 bought a Hyundai i30 2011 wsgon with a 1.6L diesel engine here in Sweden and still drive it 230km daily, best car, very reliable with a 52 mile/galon fuel consumption, can't get better than that...

I loved it waiting on uk spec

its crazy manufacturers still using old tommy edison old school bulbs . Theres no excuse i hate this mix and matching. its just being cheap. I do love the interior especially ghe floating console

The Refreshed variant of the 4th Current Generation of the Hyundai Tucson is amazing. And hopefully the 5th-Generation will be the other Hyundai models like the upcoming Venue, and Nexo will be like the Kona and the Sonata be getting the futuristic design for the Tucson by 2027.🙌🏻💯

Great video, very thorough. But omg I can’t believe that indicator/turn signal is still in the lower bumper which is incredibly dangerous. Please Hyundai move it to the eyeline of the car behind you like your sister company Kia have done with the Sportage.

Test drove a 2024 Tucson Hybrid, and was quite impressed (but didn't buy, due to lousy deal offered). The 2025 looks even better, with worthwhile improvements. However, as with far too many SUVs these days, the rear corner blind spots are way too big for proper rear vision. Surely not structurally necessary, with some good materials, design and engineering.

I hope that you can have an electric passenger seat like I have in my 2022.

My question is: the 1.6L Turbo-GDI Hybrid Engine with 6-Speed Automatic that much more powerful & efficient than the 2.5L GDI/MPI 4-cylinder engine with 8-Speed Automatic?? Without the electric motor there's already less power on the 6 speed. And on the highway, I hit 35 MPG with my gas tuscon.

if only hyundai and kia invest in their engine and transmission technology as well, saw a car confection video of a brandnew santa fe less than 30miles have new tranny already yikes!!!

Toyota Hybrids are the class leaders by a mile. The 1.6L Turbo is as refined as the surface of a brick.

@@spol1622 Great, I have a 22 SF Calligraphy that’s been fine. Put a lot of miles on it. DCT and all. If you go to other forum Honda and Toyotas have issues as well. RaV 4 looks like the box Tucson came in. I’m getting a new work horse vehicle soon. Will see what to replace It with. Dumping Tesla have soon too.

Im very close to buy this one but the only zunk that stop me is the turn signals placed it on the ground. 😡
