Heat extractor looks good for this trim. Just wish Chevy would continue this in a limited production edition just to keep it around rather than go full electric but here we go

Same here bud. My '21 is Riverside Blue, what color is yours? Got mine end of 21 for a tremendous deal and 1.95% int rate. You'll never again be able to buy a mid-low 12sec car of this pedigree, for mid 30K's. Those days are gone. Long live the Camaro.

Same here. I ordered mine July 2020 and picked up in October. I’ve done a muffler delete with 4 inch pipes going into dual 4 inch tips. Added aftermarket leather and a new shift boot.

I really respect the direction the Camaro was taken, with handling as a priority. A complete shame sales weren't reflective of this. Was planning on getting a Miata but now I'm looking at my finances and seeing if it could swing one of these with the V8.

Sales fell off cuz they ruined the front end design, it looks so bad now like a Chinese Transformers rip-off, go for a 2016-2018 Camaro SS for around $30k way better value than a new LT1!

I have an LT1 and my wife has a Miata GT RF. Both are a blast in different ways. The Camaro wins in HP but the miata handles WAYY better. The LT1 handles great but don’t buy a Camaro thinking it will handle like the miata because it’s just not possible physically due to the weight difference.

Had my 2022 LT1 for almost a year now, best decision ever. From the cold start to daily drives to the revs, crackles and pops 🔥🔥🔥 always puts a smile on my face. Definitely gonna be missed 🤧🥲 but glad I got me one 🏎️💨🤪

Look at the 1SS. You can get the same options but the sunroof as this for cheaper. Also you'll get wider rear tires. Which you'll need. Food for thought.

I got an LT1, traded in my jetta. I’m happy with the square 245 setup (and mine was optioned to 41k, not 45) but I agree the SS is also a great option for not much more. Get one while you can! Coming from a FWD sedan you’ll be blown away!

The Camaro will always live on forever despite production coming to an end next year. This one looks great the color is cool, the LT1 packs power, is fun to drive, and a strong competitor. Thanks for bringing us some Chevy goodness through the lens and the on throttle action!

More like driving under the kitchen table. Always preferred the upright driving position of the Mustang. The Mustang is a good everyday driver, the Camaro is not.

I have a '22 LT-1 6-speed in Satin Steel. Love this car more than any I've ever owned. I plan on keeping it as long as I can. If you go easy on the options, you can still get one for under $40k.

Been in the LT1 covertable for over 6 months. Super great car with power to spare. Has that exaust note that is crazy nice sounding and crackling. Top down is an extreme experience in this. That sound is nuts when getting on it.

Glad I got my 23 SS 1LE when I did! Damn shame these cars are being discontinued. It puts a smile on my face with every drive.

@@ELJefeReviews Great choice on the color by the way! Yes, colors will always be subjective, but I fell in love with Rapid Blue. I like a color that kinda slaps you in the face. Perhaps silly, but as good as the Camaro is, (and as good as it looks), if they didn't offer Rapid Blue, I'm not sure I would've gone through with the purchase. Also, Rapid Blue, IMO, really accentuates the cars beautiful lines/sculpting, etc. Obviously, stealth ISN'T an option...LOL!

Joe there’s nothing wrong with gloss black , flat black fades way faster

Loving the shark skin color and I’ve gotta agree with you on the heat extractor. Stretch it further up the hood. Love the camaro. They’ve come a long way from my 89’ 5.7 IROC-Z that I loved so much!

To me , camaro is the best looking out of mustang and challenger. Definitely my choice, beautiful.

I had a 2021 LT1 with the RS pkg, Recaro seats and 6 spd manual. Great car, excellent Tremec transmission and superb chassis and engine.

No matter what you own whether it be a mustang, camaro, challenger, or charger it will always be better than an electric vehicle with no soul. At this point it’s V8s against electric cars.

As a MOPAR guy. I don’t understand why Camaros are so underrated. They look and feel so much better than mustangs

Me personally, a Chevy guy, is naturally going to take a Camaro before anything else, but I'd definitely take a Challenger before a Mustang. I will add though, Hellcat/Redeye models are pretty cool. The supercharger whine mixed in with a deep growling V8 is perfection.

Sleeper trim for the win! Great color, great spec.

Car sounds great. The Sharkskin gray looks great and also similar to the Shark Gray metallic on my C7, perhaps a shade lighter. I really like the wheels on this too. It's a shame they are doing away with the Camaro - hopefully when it returns it's not electric and it would also be nice to see them base it on a 3rd or 4th gen car design wise.

I just picked up a sharkskin LT1 Friday myself!

Reserved an allocation for a 2024 2SS 6 speed a few days ago, first on the list in my area. Can’t wait. Had a factory ordered 2022 2SS and sold it to help with my condo down payment but miss it so bad, such a phenomenal car. Great review!

You can get a 1SS for cheaper. With everything this has but the sunroof and the 1SS has wider rear tires. So.... idk they could have done better the LT1. Not enough of a price difference from the 1SS and the 2SS.

Biden is killing cars

This model is a sleeper we had one in our Showroom last summer .we had 2 white & Red . The red was around for about 48 hours. White one around for about 3 weeks . Underrated model of Camaro.

Go woke, go broke. We're not going to want an electric Camaro. However, great review Joe! 👍

Exactly like the LT1 I got a month ago, same color and setup except for no sunroof and base seats on mine. Also I have a flat black rear spoiler and side mirrors instead of body color. Car has been amazing, drive it almost an hour to work each way, getting 23.5 mpg avg combined and that's in sport mode the whole 2000 miles. I have been getting on it here and there too not nursing it along and also idling while eating lunch for the heat. Only thing I felt needed changing were the stock run flats, the ride quality was a bit crashy and I felt there was excessive tramlining with those Goodyears. Put on Continental DWS ExtremeContact all seasons and completely eliminated those issues, a dream to drive anywhere now except over the worst Detroit roads.

Whenever I watch a NASCAR race I feel like buying a Camaro, the first car I owned was a 68 Camaro, sad to see them going, excellent video 👍.

I own a 22 model thanks to raiti :) chose it over the mustang and its not disappointing what so ever. 40k otd price with options… with 455hp 10speed! Its an absolute weapon of a sports car at such a budget price

Recently got my hands on a 22 lt1 at 22 years old and absolutely love it. Has the design package 2, rs package, dual mode exhaust, tech package, and sunroof. Promised myself id get one before they were discontinued and made it happen

I have a V6 ordered in this color since way back in September of last year. Don't judge, it's my only car so I need to drive it in all weather conditions, and in New Jersey traffic, so that's why I stick with the V6. Still enough power for me, but damn, this sounded nice. This video earned you another subscriber here. Gonna miss the Camaros when they're gone and hopefully the next gen isn't some electric version because that's just not the same. Great review.

I've had my '21 LT1 for about 15 months. I'm in Chicago, the car rests in a garage and doesn't come out unless it's 40 degrees and dry. This was an indulgence buy for me and I'm relieved I bought it when I did, A10 and NPP only options came out to $41K OTD before financing. This car is docile when you putt around, but when you give it the beans it turns into a rocket and growls, to make you happy you bought an American RWD V8 coupe (last of a dying breed). Hands down the best present I ever bought myself. For those who have one or are thinking of getting one, immediately dump the stock rear 8.5" wheels on rubber band 245s and upgrade to the SS 9.5" wheel and wrap with 275 width Michelin PS4S. The car will be transformed and you'll be able to launch hard and really push the car around corners with confidence leveraging the epic Alpha platform. Great video brother, keep up the good work!

Fantastic video! I take care of the gardening at Dimmitt Chevrolet. I happened to clean off this entire section of the lot right before this interview- had no idea.

I am an RCF owner and have the highest respect for the Camaro. Such a great value for the money. My all-time favorite is of course the Z/28. It is end of an era.

$45k for an lt1 is insane in my opinion, I’m in a 2020 1SS 1LE now which I paid $44k for. I had a 21 lt1 as well that I paid $32k for. The purpose of getting an lt1 is that it’s supposed to be cheaper than the ss model. Once you start adding any options to one then you might as well just get an ss.

No Bose option on the 1SS and no A/S option. Some of us live in the north and need to be able to drive it in the winter. That's the reason I went LT1. Did the wheel swap thing before. Not doing it again.

Two additional zonks for me. 1. That bowtie at the front should've been hallowed out. That concept has grown on me for a while. And to not see that on a muscle car just feels weird. 2. Wheels at the rear. Based on previous muscle car reviews im used to seeing a "staggered fitment" if im using the term correctly. Either the rims should've been 21 inches or the tires should've been wider. That's just my opinion of course because other than that, i'd buy this and a Porsche with that exact same colour. I LOVE that sharkskin finish. Gives it an extra...... bite!!😂😂😂

The reason for the tires is cost, the camaro ss rims fit perfect for the staggered fitment. It would have been awesome for an option to add wider rims and tires

I would get a 1SS for 5k less with all this but the sunroof. Price point is weird with options cause you can get the 1SS or the 2SS for the same price or cheaper.

Literally picked mine up last Saturday. Came with the Tech package.

I was excited for the 2024 Mustang but may, I can't stop thinking about these. The styling finally works with the LT1 RS as I just don't like the SS. Loaded LT1 RS with no sunroof and a 6 speed is the ticket.

Had one on order since Jan 1st. Factory finally accepted the order for build (mid-June) and expected delivery late July. Can't wait.

I had the 2015 2ss 1LE awesome car. The summer tires however picked up everything on the road and I was living at the tire shop every other month.

My all time favorite KZreadr When will you do a live car review?

I watched camaro reviews over the years and im proud to say that I finally bought my own 22' LT1 Camaro. For the people that's really thinking about getting a Camaro, my best advice would be to test drive one and see how it feels. A lot of people have different opinions on blind spots, a lot of plastic material and comfort but for me it didn't really bother me. Very happy to get my dream car before they're gone ❤️

I love my 2021 LT1 20mpg combine 455 hp, light weight muscle car, best car ever.

Went from Tacoma to lt1 and it was the best decision I ever made. Best car I’ve owned

Nice car. But Mustang is where is at. Back in the 80's, different story but they weren't able to keep up in the long run unfortunately. 😢

I kinda wish I didn't sell mine. $480 a month wasn't too bad at all. Blind spots did suck, but with mirrors in the SAE position they were almost gone completely.

My next ride. V8, of course, color and even the automatic? sounds good and the LT1 doesn't cost more than my first house. Great review as always Joe! "On throttle!" Many thanks! You're the BEST!

To me the most surprising part of the Gen 6 Camaro is the handling. My son had a Crush Orange 2019 2SS 1LE. That was a really sweet car. It handled and road very nicely. He traded it back in December when he to delivery of his new one..... a 2023 ZL1 1LE. I don't have to tell you what a beast that car is. Wow! Going to be interesting to see where the Camaro goes in 2025.

Sadly there will be no 2025 after 2024 it will be discontinued

@@charliejg it’s going to be a EV SUV sucks but I mean we just gotta accept it everything is going EV now Mustang is the only one standing now until 2028 for a V8 muscle/pony car

@@Justaeuropeanman we don’t have to except it. We just don’t buy the ev crap. Since when do Americans let companies dictate what we will spend our money on? The entire history and success of America has always been that companies produce what we want to spend our money on.

I've owned a 5th gen SS 1LE, '15 Grabber Blue PP Mustang, '15 Scatpack Challenger, and now a '23 LT1 convertible... all 6 speed manual. I hate that they are all gone, or soon will be.

I'm a Ford fan (currently Ford-less though), but I'm really diggin this de-contented Camaro RS! I totally get why the GM small-block has legions of fans! Just listen to it!! And to think it can be had for less than or not much more than $40K is epic! Screw Mopar! If I were in a position to, I'd say make mine black with the 6 speed and the "right number of pedals", and then let's rock n roll! Mary Barra needs to be put behind the wheel. Maybe she'll have a change of heart, and convince the GM Board to withdraw the Camaro shutdown.

Oh the nostalgia…my first car was a 1999 Camaro (I called her Stella) with t-tops and it was so cool. Those models had ZERO blind spots, but you don’t buy Camaros because you want to be able to see well or have any ground clearance. Am I nuts or does this particular one sound vaguely Mustang-like? And how does snow/ice mode work in a car like this? My ‘99 definitely did not have that, but she somehow traversed a decent amount of snow and ice in all her rear wheel drive glory lol.
