Aside if this the Camaro without stereotypical doubt is a fantastic track car despite being a pony car . The suspension the way how chassis is composed and behave on road is something else . Have u seen the new C63 AMG ? And the crap under it's hood it's shame for US Europeans . We begged Supra with manual gearbox past 3 yrs and once received it we didn't give a F wether it had BMW DNA or not. Calling the Camaro boring with such goodies which I mentioned before is a crime my friend.

I took delivery of mine Monday. I have 155/350. seeing it, driving it in person is something to behold!

All 350 have been spoken for. The dealerships are marking up these “sticker collectors editions” like crazy. It’s ridiculous to pay $150,000 for a sticker package. I’m so glad I ordered my 2023 1LE.

Awesome review! All I could afford was the 1SS and I absolutely love the car.. Chevy's certainly going to regret not paying enough attention to this legendary vehicle. I sometimes feel there's a traitor inside GM not pushing these cars to their full potential

But if you think about it, the main muscle cars like mustang with the GTD and the challenger with the demon 170, Its really weird to see that GM is not going to make one last hit with the Camaro, so lets hope for the best and maybe, who knows we will have one last beast of a camaro

I was really hoping for a supercharged LS7 making 800 or 900. Heck, a Cadillac engine with above 700 hp would have been okay. This goes to show how pathetic GM with the Camaro is getting. They literally made it to beat the mustang, look at the 1969 ZL1 with 500 hp truly outperformed and out powered the 1967 gt500kr, the only thing in it’s way was the 1967 Super Snake with 550 hp but only one was even built in 1967 only for there to be only 9 more made 40 years in the future making the Camaro a better choice with 5x the amount of Camaro’s made and also 5x cheaper. Only for the 2000’s to hit and the Camaro got whipped by GT500’s, super snakes, and 1000’s. Heck even now in the 10’s and 20’s and it’s still getting whipped even with the more advanced technology and engines that they have that can easily get over 700+ or 800+ horsepower, they still didn’t use it, and then they blamed it on the customers when they just didn’t deliver nor did anything good with it. Shameful.

I love that there's a leaping panther on the side plates of the rear wing. That's such a cool Easter Egg.

As a german petrol head I´m so proud to have bought 3 years ago my own 2017 ZL1 6MT since GM will not carry this petrol version... It´s a very special feeling to drive it compared to all the synthetic newest cars on our roads.... almost feels like being an Alien;)

I have a 17 2ss with only 8k on it and I've never taken it over 60 mph. I actually had a charger almost made me give it some work yesterday morning and all on my ass yesterday morning. That would have been the first time i... Anyway Chevy's making me want to step it up and make some moves with this car. DAMN YOU CHEVY!!!

That is definitely the coolest Camaro to get if I was going to get one! And my pockets were deep with cash Ola it would be that one!

Just bought a 2018 SS 1LE, today. It is a shame that they didn’t promote it more. As a former 2016 Mustang GT owner, the Camaro is in a different competition class. I wish GM would have punched out a 427 LT based engine or installed a LT4 into a last Z/28 model.

I love the Camaro. I have owned a few, but the Government restrictions and regulations kill so many fun vehicles.

I can say my brother has driven a z06 C8, and he prefers to drive a 1LE because it offers M/T. I'd rather drive a 4 banger with a turbo with a 6 speed. I'm not too big instant torque, rather the quality of the drive and on track, like an EN. I've driven multiple cars as well as my brother, and I'd rather stay with my Elatran N or Veloster N, while he prefers to have a 1le because it's the only one out of the 2 that has a standard transmission option. Sorry if I came off as rude.

One of the best looking cars I've ever seen, along with Mustangs and Dodges. The biggest problem with these American muscle cars is that they are not environment-friendly and they consume a lot. If they could solve these problems, I would buy them immediately. All other people don't know how to design really looking cars like this. Beautiful.

Truly a badass machine, a serious performance vehicle still to this day. I drove one a couple years back. It’s a shame how Chevy couldn’t keep up with the Mustang. This car is laughably dated with tech/design/interior and identical to the 2016 model year. Even worse that Chevy never bothered to bump its power output despite a brand new GT500 and a bunch of Hellcat variants coming out after the ZL1 was released

Well that's not entirely true. This ZL1 Chevy said was more track focused not just hp and especially if it's not on the ground. The Mustang looks like a mess, fyi it was almost killed the s650. That was the most bizarre intro by Ford designers openly admitting they don't like it. Both are American icons, but due to quality control issues, they just haven't kept up with the times.

Umm wrong. The chassis is the best of the pony cars, the best V8 muscle engine (more torque than a GT ), and the interior is very good quality and feels like a cockpit. It actually feels special sitting inside one. And what muscle car enthusiast gives a shit about tech ? Lol I didn't buy my Camaro for luxury and technology.

@@alexv5581 not even CLOSE to being the best V8 engine it it’s class. The 5.0 is better than the LT1 by far, I’ll just end that debate by saying 7400 RPM redline, can beat 717 hp hellcats with THREE mods, makes power much easier, LOVES boost, and can easily hold 900 WHP on a stock block.

What are the changes other than decals and colors??

I absolutely love most Camaros, and I love my 2018 2SS Hot Wheels Edition Camaro very much, but I think this is a bit underwhelming for how much extra they are charging for the Panther package. She looks amazing, and I would be beside myself if she were mine. It is a shame that GM is going the low production route that dealers have field days with. It won't shock (GM color pun intended) me if the SS Panther Edition costs more than a regular ZL1 and at that point, the value just isn't there for me no matter how gorgeous she is. Goodbye to this beautiful beast 😢

That color is badass but it would’ve popped more on the auto show floor in yellow! Keep the Carbon Flash Metallic accenting where it is but just make everything else a smooth sunrise yellow. Y’know?

It looks cheap and unfinished imo, a car that expensive should have a beautiful deep gloss.

What’s even worse is how bad they are treating 24 production. I ordered a standard old 2SS, in the new color Riptide Blue A10, at 3 dealerships here in NE Florida. I’m number one on the list (for a 2SS coupe) at two of them. The week one of them got a allocation for a 2SS the color I chose was under “engineering constraint” if I chose a different color my order would have been picked up but all blue colors after hyper blue, have been mid at best. With the strikes going on, I’m starting t to think I won’t get a car 🤨 I think the car will return but I won’t be surprised it’s a hybrid or a EV. I’m leaning on hybrid, Mustang will go hybrid according to Farley.

Would’ve been nice to see more unique touches like the c7 collectors edition.
