Steam has protection against review bombing, so I’m sure that was triggered. We’ll see if they’re ACTUALLY pulling negative reviews, but I doubt it personally.

This game has garnered a almost universal hatred from DC fans, Arkham night fans, and clean UI fans and for good reason. The gameplay is dull and repetitive, the story is asinine, ALWAYS ONLINE, and the voice acting is horrendous. On launch they had a game breaking bug that completed the story. On top of all that its not hard to see why this game is being compared to The Last of Us 2 in terms of how they "respect" what came before. They payed for those good reviews.

U saying the voice acting is bad says ALOT Ngl because it’s actually one of the saving graces of the game u saying on launch it was a game breaking bug that probably only one person ran into and u werent one of them and honestly I get what your saying by repetitive but honestly all games are very repetitive 💯🙌🏾

Coming from someone who has not (and likely will not) play the game, the acting (probably mo-cap, not just voice) is actually really good.

@dillyyaboy7929 have you heard some of the lines these people had to say? The cringe factor is scaled to 11 in this game. Not to mention captain boomerang's voice is so put on and nasily it's like nails on a chalk board. I get the VAs arn't responsible for the lines they have to read but dam some of their voices are just irritating.

⁠@@scarecrow484I don’t think ppl understand it could be either A. Their doubles and brainiac still has their bodies somewhere else where. B. Different earth’s will have had different outcomes on who was taken on board so no doubt Batman would potential not be in controller in one of the 13 earths. C. Potential comebacks from Batman just not as Bruce Wayne/kevin conroy

No they didn’t, the league are regenerating on the skull ship and are gonna be rescued during the seasons, confirmed by a flash voice line leaked hy the same guy who leaked the base games story

I actually really enjoy this game and don’t understand the hate. Sure, people are mad that they killed the justice league including one of, if not the best portrayal of Batman to ever exist, but it’s basically inevitable that they’ll bring them back

A lot of people hate it just because it's not what they wanted, causing them to see only the bad things about the game. Hate to say it, but most fans are picky. It's the same thing that happened to Overwatch 2

The game looks fun, considering buying it for PC for less than 60. I have been watching a lot of reviews, and a lot of the complaints are that it's not another Gotham game(Those were fun but the puzzles could hamper them), or that they were not "respectful" to some made up super hero characters.

I think this is that Avengers games a while back all over again. The gameplay is fun and the concept ain’t so bad either. But the greedy live co-op, the weird dialogue, and the nonsensical story (including killing off Arkham Batman in such a way) is what makes it overall not very good

Story isn't the best but the gameplay is really fun. People expected like a copy paste Arkham game with the suicide squad characters and didn't get it. Also people need to stop complaining about how they killed the justice league since it's basically confirmed theyre alive

I honestly like it, for a suicide squad game its good but people are mad about Batmans send off which wasnt great but he's had worse in the comics. I think if people stopped trying to relate the two it would've been received better and the send off for Batman wasn't bad to me either. Id much rather this then AI replacing Kevin Conroy until they finally got the balls to kill off the character.

When it's a boring repetitive game loop with 0 creativity it's not a good thing for a game

Oh no it's a bad game and for $70 not even worth it, it's also just disappointing seeing what happened this is the last time arkham will appear

It disappointed Arkam fans witch sucks because it was a terrible ending for arkam batman and voice actor who played him

It’s definitely not a bad game, yes to some people the deaths of the justice league were stupid but I could honestly care less about the characters dying and how it happens

I enjoy the gameplay and characters but hate the second half of the story. The plot makes very little sense there and the way they decided to kill of the league was lame and disrespectful

I really think that people are just trashing on the game for no reason. At least they tried to do something different and fresh. I love the Arkham series but I also enjoy this game a lot because it gives you a different perspective on this universe. People can’t expect a game to be the same as a previous version just because they are on the same universe, they are different characters and they will act differently in play styles. What’s the point in creating a new game if you just want the same thing. If that’s the case just go and play Arkham and stop complaining. Nobody is forcing you to play the game.

Arkham City is a better looking game somehow lmao

I don't think the games that bad, gameplay is really fun, the story is mid yh but I've just been kinda mindlessly playing it, wouldn't be too much fuss if it weren't in the arkham verse
