Vedic tradition states that the only time it's best to sleep on the Left side is when the stomach is full otherwise the right is recommended. Peace Love and Understanding

Left side is too comfortable, and I am afraid of such feeling. I don't trust comfortable anymore.

Right side is well.. the right side to sleep.

Depends on your conditions. If you have gastric problems sleaping on your left side can help. If you have problems with iregual heart rythm sleaping on the right can help because the liver is not pressing the heart. I have problems with both so i sort of rotate night throw.

I get a lot of acid reflux and heartburn. It's noticeably better on my left side, but when it's particularly bad, even that won't help without some gaviscon. I also take prescription lansoprazole to help it. I'm also a snorer and may or may not have sleep apnea, so I don't like to lie on my back.

The main concern is you sleep. Total spheroids that it has to be any particular way.

Right side better

I get heart palpitations when I sleep on my left side.

Prophet Muhammad recommended sleeping on the ryt side. I wish I new y.

On left , right and sraight it starts angyna pains /symptoms after lunnch in 30 minutes. Can you kindly advise some for my followup?

But left isn’t good for the heart, especially for old people.

Sleeping on ur left side is not good for your heart, prophet Muhammad used to sleep on his right and his right hand under his cheek, he advised us to do the same... He's my role model and i will sleep on my right side!!!

Really they used to tell you if sleep on your left side it cut off Certain organs, it was uncomfortable. They said sleep on your right side is much better. Now you try to slice sleep on your left side, so make up your mind I'll sleep on my right. And my back sum. Really?

​@@coltonkniprath2767I wasn't gonna say anything. Maybe the difference is left facing north, south, east or west. Now they can sleep standing up unless they sleep standing on their head. Think that covers it. We'll get into under water and outer space in part z.

Brother I don’t think they disagree they said right side is better but if you full like right now is Ramadan left side sleeping is much more comfortable but also prophet muhammad saw said u can sleep right side and left side

It is really very stupid explanation regarding the position of the stomach on left/right side sleeping. If you slept on your left side, all other organs (especially the liver) will pressure the stomach, and that will increase acid reflux, but if you slept on your right side, food will go to the lowest part of your stomach and there will be no pressure to cause acid reflux. That beside, having stomach over heart with little amount of food is much better than having the liver over the heart. I am not sure how these doctors are thinking. Anyway, I will follow prophet Muhammad PBUH, at least his knowledge is eternal, not like scientific knowledge.
