    I did it Sleep Study and I’m waiting for the results. I’m looking forward to the treatment. I also heard that they are developing a new drug called ad109 and ad504. They are doing it because of the fact that this disease is very common all over the world. There’s also that new stuff by inspire, which is a little promising, considering the fact that eventually it’ll become tiny as a microchip. I believe it’ll become part of your body over the next five years you won’t even notice that it’s there.

    Just FYI I used your link to get a Breather. The discount code didn’t seem to be working so via chat they told me to use famouspt for the discount code at checkout. That worked! I also asked them what the difference was between the three models of Breather devices. The basic Breather is for people with some degree of respiratory compromise (like being a smoker, COPD, etc) and for children. The Voice and Fit are for healthy adolescents or adults and are the same in terms of resistance and settings. The Vouce is white with red trim and the Fit is black). The only difference is in the linked training resources they offer which include a (free) printable training schedule and a training log. Pretty neat! Thank you for suggesting this product. I recommend your KZread channel and website to everyone. Love you guys! Keep up the great work 😊💪

There is foam in the machine to make it quieter but the foam is breaking off in particles that you breathe in that can cause respiratory illness, cancer and death. Isn’t that nice ?!

    I’m pregnant and it has been worse lately. Before that I would snore sporadically, normally only if super exhausted. I know I need sinus surgery once my baby is out. I can feel a spot in my right nostril that feels like it is vibrating kinda just below my tearduct area along the right side of my nose. Since being pregnant, sometimes I feel my throat kinda shifting, I guess closing some? as well. I just did a home study and am awaiting the results. I get claustrophobic and have random panic attacks sometimes if I feel like something is on my face or head that is pulling. Those 3D rides send me into a panic now too and my eyes were recently checked and are fine so it isn’t that. I’m worried about having to wear a mask. I slept very stiffly last night during the home study and couldn’t fall asleep a long time. Normally I can go out pretty quickly and am a heavy sleeper. Lately I have to get up to use the bathroom or shift my hips due to the belly weight from baby. Both of my parents have sleep apnea but they also get panicky especially my mom. My dad rips his off. So they wear custom mouthguards. I tried a mouthguard from the store a few years back for teeth clenching but I woke up in a panic with that in my mouth as well. 🤦‍♀️

  • @allyourpcarebelongtous8744

    @allyourpcarebelongtous8744

    5 жыл бұрын

    Anything that strengthens the diaphragm will benefit people with COPD. Breathing exercises, strength training, steady state cardio, circuit training, HIIT - these are all good options for people with COPD. The caveat, however, is that you have to take time when you have COPD to build up strength in your diaphragm. You cannot clear liquid out of your lungs (to begin with) as readily as you should, so you have to start off slow - like 5 minutes or less of exercise. And then you gradually increase the length of your workouts until you can sustain 30 minutes of continued exertion. Most doctors recommend breathing exercises + posture exercises + daily walking for people with COPD. As always, it's best to ask a real life physician before starting a training program. So, short answer yes lol.

I drive trucks for a living so I only know about this from the perspective of having to treat my own sleep apnea and the research I did in doing so. If she has other conditions it may complicate her ability to exercise. But in my case I did exercises like these + started walking every day then worked my way up to doing HIIT training. I do that a few times a week just using a TRX and bodyweight and a jump rope. It's drastically improved my breathing and has basically stopped my sleep apnea, apart from when I have a cold or something that obstructs breathing. But it took me around 6 months to build up to that point, so she has to have that long haul mentality.
