Full body red light is also really great pre-sauna. My experience is the increased blood flow leads to sweating faster and more. If I do full body red light prior to sauna I find I'm sweating in less than five minutes in the sauna and then there's the added benefit of more red light in the sauna.

My doctor uses this type of oxygen therapy ypoxie-Hyperoxie-Training (IHHT). Would it be the same with HBOT and have the same benefits?

Hi Bella. While it is a great device, it is different from HBOT. HBOT uses pressure and oxygen, and hypoxie-hyperoxie utilizes fluctuations in oxygen concentrations.
