Firstry , to make justice for ourselves because of our sins,we have to be sincere and tell all our sins when we are confessing. Always we have to prepare ourselves before going to confess ! Lord Jesus be with us and forgive us! Amen

May all Catholics realize the great gift of the Holy Eucharist and honor this gift with love and respect by receiving worthily and reverently. 🙏🎚🙏 The true Bread of Life is the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. 🎚3:33

The eucharist can cleanse the soul of venial sin, but not of mortal sin - in which case one commits a new sin by receiving the eucharist unworthily.

If a person commits a sin with grave matter but sins without complete knowledge or full consent, is that person permitted to consume the Eucharist before Confession? My understanding is that without all three conditions, it's technically a venial sin which is still bad, but can be forgiven easily such as through the consumption of the Eucharist.

It's not good for a human soul to commit gravely evil acts, even should they be without culpability due to ignorance - nor is it good for a human soul to commit even venial sins habitually. The eucharist has the possibility of forgiving venial sins, but I doubt it would have that efficacy for someone who was in mortal sin. Even if they are not aware that eucharist reception is a new mortal sin, they are still presenting themselves unworthily for that sacrament and are unfit for its reception. So I do not think that it would be both the poison and the cure in this scenario as you describe.

Use what the Church provides for you, the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Don’t play around and risk leaving this realm in that state.
