I have read this as I’m about to take a quiz for my graduate course. This is my last course, I should be happy 😃

Even after the 1st session of leaning Shambhavi Mahamudra, for the rest of the day I felt my actions were much easier to make, my mind did not get in the way. I also woke up at 1am and experienced tears of joy I don’t know why 🙏

@@muttocycle Hiya yeah, so there is no negatives about it when it comes to people with physical ailments they consider these factors and give you the appropriate alternatives. Ah for me it was wonderful after the last day I felt some kind of essence within me that had this wisdom and purity about it and it has only grown since practicing everyday. @@nirkaya mmm, depending on your flexibility it will vary when you first start. If you would say your about average you should be fine, there are only 3 sets of physical movements and the rest is very relaxing and can be intense :) hope this helped.

Advice is just advice until we put it to practice🙌🏽💯

If reading the scriptures are waste then why did the enlightened beings spoke the words? We will have to conclude wrongly that all the scriptures are spoken by people who have no enlightenment. The scripture is the minimum knowledge while enlightenment is complete knowledge...there is something called practical and theoretical knowledge..
