I think the last last owner changed all this rubber things because it all feels very new and smell new too. Last owner was a government doctor 😃😉

No bro. Silicone spray is for cleansing rubber, this spray is for revitalising / rejuvenating the rubber to make it last longer. Silicone spray is for getting rid of that pesky window squeak or if the window moves slowly when operated
