Very good video Sir. This basically issue with the mechanic/ tinker/ painter or the accessories installer before. They try to complete the work in hurry and doesnt care about the issue the customers face in long term

So far it's legal in West Bengal.

There is always a drain hole on each door to drain out water coming indise this plastic sheet has nothing to do with it while cleaning door from inside the drain hole clogging must have got clear and issue solved even if u don't have that plastic sheet water will not come inside if drain hole doing it's job

It's true for other cars where I never faced this problem. The drains are clear and I personally have done that. When there is torrential rain at a stretch this problem occurs. So this protection is necessary in Honda City especially the 2014-2017 model.

Thanks for your query. I purchased the plastic sheet from a local dealer who deals with plastic sheets. I have seen the Asian paints plastic sheets you can use that also. Would sound deadening adhesive sheets also work in place of plastic?

Sound deadening material u can fix on the holes as well but that sound material works better if u use that material on the actual metal of the door where ever the metal is thin and deep inside the door.... This plastic material is cheaper to cover the holes which he has covered in the video...
