Is PPF Financially worth it for a daily driver? Who should and who should not PPF!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

This topic came up in my head when I ordered my Tesla Model 3 Performance. I was debating whether I should get Flexishield Comestic PPF and Prestige Films Windshield/tint for my daily driver to protect my daily driver for the long term. From a car person's standpoint, it was definitely a Yes, but from a financial standpoint that's where most of the benefits end. It's hard to justify fully body PPF and even just the front end or portion of the front ranging from a few hundred dollars to over 5 figures for the whole package. As a daily driver that will most likely not see an increase in value but depreciation over time. I concluded it wasn't worth it for this vehicle to go through thousands of dollars to have it protected. It is because I will most likely be swapping daily drivers every few years for Tax deduction reasons.
There are other factors to consider such as do you own a business. Like for example, business owners have opportunities to swap daily driver or work vehicles every few years compared to the average person who will keep their cars for close to a decade or more. Since this is targeted specifically through finance, everything I debate about is dictated by its value to help you earn money. For high-end vehicles and limited editions, it is definitely a no-brainer to get PPF installed since most of those retain its value and in some cases appreciate in value.

Hate to not protect it but 100% right doesn’t make sense outside of limited vehicles
