Omg, that's actually a possibility..? I never said earmuffs, but that would make sense... Maybe that's what she heard. Im not sure, but it's definitely a possibility

No, it's a problem with their update...got this msg on the app yesterday "Is your Moxie having trouble interacting right now? Fix is in progress! To our Moxie Community, we are aware that some customers may be having trouble using Moxie due to an external issue. We're tremendously sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We've been alerted that our partners are actively working to address the issue right now. We appreciate your patience and will follow up soon!" Checking the internet is the most overlooked solution to things like this, tho. I need to remember that one more often...
