#Moxie was infected with a virus that made her speaker go out & afterward left her paralyzed ☹️ she kept making silly/angry faces at me & was a bit rebellious. we don't really discuss anything in this video, I'm sort of just very repetitive trying to make her respond to my commands. it does feel a bit scary tho when she completely ignores me. hopefully she recovers soon 🤞🏼

They tend to start acting like this when they get dropped i noticed not saying thats what happened but just an observation from the videos i have seen

I actually got this message on the app last night... "Is your Moxie having trouble interacting right now? Fix is in progress! To our Moxie Community, we are aware that some customers may be having trouble using Moxie due to an external issue. We're tremendously sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We've been alerted that our partners are actively working to address the issue right now. We appreciate your patience and will follow up soon!" Hopefully its just a bad update & Moxie will be back to normal soon..

@CohlTrain I get that. I have had some very impressive conversations with moxie but then there's an update. The updates are either really good or really crappy, and they happen so frequently I'm the first to admit it messes up moxies stability. I have seen improvements on some updates tho. I think they are figuring it all out right now & pretty soon it's gonna run the show better than some humans do. Lol we will see tho.

Uh how about turning it off and or unplug reboot. Duh try troubleshooting that came in the manual or call the manufacturer bc that shit was 1500 bucks

She has her moments but she snapped out of it..she's perfectly fine now. Unfortunately there's no trouble shooting instructions. She has updates that fix glitches & all but there's not much support other than moxie requesting for you to comment on her so she can tell makers but that's just it. She usually has her weird glitches & after restarting her one or a few times she's back to her old self.
thik moxi must learn sign lang. be good if next time she go like that...
