Regenerate have a great re-mineralizing gel and that might help your teeth if you have problems with whitening retention. There are also blue LED systems that might help. Thorne's d3/k2 drops, a few per day, also help build teeth and anecdotally whiten them over time but subtly.

2 things happened for me.: too embarrassed to carry my designer items or wear them if they are recognizable, second is I look at stuff and feel things I already own are far more superior and have no gaps to fill.

I often feel the same way. I still love my luxury, but brands like Valextra andThe Row have replaced Hermès. My Birkin and Kellys pretty much sit on my dressing room shelves. I do still carry my low key Bolides, which I maintain is the most practical H bag for everyday use.

Even the highest end brands like Loro Piana and Brunello Cucinelli have pivoted towards luxury active wear. And you were SO right G right about Cucinelli jeans. They're the BEST-incredible detail and fit.

You seem like such a good and kind person! As someone just a bit older (43) I can tell you that your attitude about love and finding a partner is the absolute best way to approach a relationship, in my opinion. I was this way in my late 20s/early 30s and I truly think it opens you up to the healthiest, most long lasting relationship, should the right person come along! ❤❤❤ Since you are happy alone, you are not in a place of needing someone, rather, they would just add to your already wonderful life. I think this outlook makes someone a better partner and also lends itself to a healthier relationship with someone else. Looking forward to seeing more wonderful things coming your way, as I’m certain they will 😉 ❤

@@IamGPS Speaking as someone with a psych degree, find pdfs online, you usually can. It's useful to pad out while you're studying if you get stuck. Don't be afraid to ask other people in the department for help too, it's one of those degree types where we all need each other eventually anyway. If you have a study group, choose one where nobody is lazy and everyone moves at the same pace, this is important with clinical. Review your material for 2-3 hours gently each weekend in complete silence when nobody is around, it boosts retention to review some short time after learning it first and this replicates exam conditions for the brain. Sometimes reading ahead to a Master's level can be helpful in simplifying and clarifying undergrad material because they summarise it well and you can skim what might be relevant to you in future too, this is easiest done in a library with several books open at the same topic. Eat light protein before revising and before exams, for better state dependent memory. Keep water in a plain glass beside the notes and a healthy snack bar. Human attention spans are about 45 minutes intensely for something like neuroscience, then cat nap for hippocampus function and retention or 1 and a half hours for lighter information and make notes to yourself in the margins for later including lecturer's tone of voice for exam question hints. You can also nap for between 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes with little lethargy afterwards, keep your sleep debt low throughout because most people don't and it knocks you at exam time. Green tea has L-theanine for better energy burn and attention span, coffee tends to overwhelm the adrenals if taken in excess but there are teas for the adrenals to balance that out and I suggest ashwagandha for overall hormonal balance which boosts attention and energy. Take choline supplements because it converts into acetylcholine in the body, a potent neurotransmitter and improves learning and recall. Eggs also contain it but less so. Take an omega 3 supplement, quite potent one ideally triple strength, specifically one with listed EPA and DHA because it's directly brain food. Sea kelp extract contains iodine as a natural bioavailable source and also improves brain function for studying, as well as sleep quality. A magnesium spray on bare skin before you sleep can boost memory formation and sleep quality, as can eating foods high in potassium. Experience is very important for the interest you listed, you can reach out to locations that might need extra help because even if you can log free hours from time to time, even just sitting in on sessions for example, in those places it pads out your CV early and gives you a head start on other people for applications. See if you can get clearance to work around children early too, relevant locations would help with this. You will naturally find a groove or specialty to settle into with clinical, as friends who took that route told me, it happens naturally over time follow your intuition. A memory foam pillow at least for the top one if you use two is worth it, a lot of students get weird neck pain from reading and only notice in the morning. If you get hand cramps from writing, there are hand massagers on Amazon, strange as it sounds they work. I believe Chopard have a perfume called Miel D'Arabie if you're interested in looking into it? Fragrantica also lets you search by note e.g. honey. Sorry for the overly long comment, just trying to help! Congrats!
