there are 2 main appeals to Luocha: 1. His absurd effect resistance which means those annoying minibosses like ice out of space and aurumatons can't stop him from healing. If bailu gets hit with the freeze/imprison it's over. 2. AoE dispel on ult which clears waves of mara-struck units by taking out their revive ability.

There will be other 4* healers, there will be more 5* healers, MC will get a healing path, but as it stands his aoe dispel is his only strong point, that's surely something we can't count on going forward, though there's also the fact that currently the only mayor enemy buff that gives some trouble is the revive ability of the world 3 mobs (which isn't guarantee to be a thing in future storylines) so going forward that would make him a really situational pick. He is in a rather odd spot is my point, he seems useful now sure, but he also seems like the type to be powercreep and left behind the most out of the current (and near future if we count Baldie, Kafka and Fu-Xuan) limited units.

@@unknownmothergoose7909 Yes and no. You need to remember that for whales is not about what the unit does, but rather ownership of the unit. Rather for whales is will be even more situational if not even less essential once a new healer gets release, imagine what is role gonna be if we get a healer that doubles up as a buffer? That's what I mean with him being easily powercreep, it will bot be by numbers, but rather by utility.

@@BladeVoltztbf tho, Bailu does give u more screwups due to the revive mechanic, so she does have that, which isn’t too helpful rn in the current meta, put probably will be when we get past the loufu.

Luocha's full potential has not yet much appreciated since Destruction DPS are still on the way, by that time, people start realizing how much healing without skill point is significant. It really just depend which path you are choosing.

One thing to mention or if I missed it to remind, Luocha gains energy on his emergency heal so the energy problems don’t feel as bad as they seem.

"He's exclusively single target healing." His trace causes the heal proc from his field to also heal the entire team...

Just got Luocha and from my personal experience, he’s very convenient, especially in the SU. He’s like a walking abundance path. Plus he’s husbando, what reason NOT to pull? Unless youre a waifu guy but shhh

Yeah luocha is like pseudo yaoshi aeon in SU.picking abundance card that buff such increase def, Spd when healing so yeah feel like Harmony Character too.

I already have bailu and gepard, and im going to have Loucha soon! Love his design and his VA. Pull for the characters that you like, its an important part of the game too!

Yes. Thinking about what will help your team is good. But playing characters you love will keep you logging in, and that's totally key.

"He's more of a side grade to Natasha and Bailu" I'd say he's a direct upgrade to Nat, not particularly Bailu, considering her ENTIRE claim to fame is her cleanse. That's all another healer needed to just throw her out the window, and he does it automatically when a unit is about to die. Lacking a healing ult would be his biggest con, but with the field pretty much every team should be way healthier on average than any team that ran Nat.

the beautiful thing about hsr is, that he cant completly replace natasha since they arent the same type. Against certain enemies you might need a few of natashas autoattacks to help break their shield.

@@leviosa216 There's Clara and Shushang for Physical break. Why you'd ever take Nat into a fight over him with either of these units on your account for BREAK of all things is wild when she doesn't even have an attacking ult. On top of that, Kafka (The boss in SU and MoC ATM) is weak to both Physical and IMG. Nat isn't breaking faster than he is in that fight. This feels like trying to rationalize investing in Nat when her direct upgrade is here.

@@lewsee5562 Typing is still important because of Silverwolf, to reduce the number of different types on the team. I'm even running baseball bat protag again because of this.

From what I'm seeing, Luocha seems to be a better healer, I don't really attend on getting him at all, but I think it's great that were getting more healers in the game, however I'm still saving for people like Blade and Kafka, however I do feel like Luocha well be best for difficult content!

if you wanna try your luck, loucha would be a great teamate for blade. blades ultimate will make loucha activate his auto-skill heal, giving a practically free abyss flower.

@@AgusSetiawan-mx1vq he has to take hp damage to trigger stacks for his counter, Blade wants healers and no shielders at all, this is why Luocha is considered his best healing support, it also opens up for a more sp intensive harmony unit since both are very SP efficent

No offense... but Luocha is a WAY WAY better healer than Natash or Bailu... not sure what your build was but soon or later you'll figure out.

Luocha's healing outclasses both nat and bailu, you can check for yourselves

Luocha does have AoE healing though. One of his traces allows for one party member's attack to heal the entire team when his field is up (editing to say I’m not sure how well it functions in other teams, but with Clara it allows for her to heal up everybody with just a few counters)

i was about to comment the same thing! its rly most effective when your party consists of characters that can do follow-ups, counters, and do multiple turns. i had no problem keeping my team (using either seele or yanqing) at full hp consistently against the doomsday beast. its not natasha/bailu's big aoe burst heal that you can press in a panic moment but still reliable when played well.

you stuck with offensive team if you run luocha, if your team slow like turtle and doesn't have counter like march or clara there's no reason to run him. especially his trace is just aoe lifesteal buff. but still he will be good for destruction team and also blade with his big pp counter.

@@fathurrachman9498 every DPS needs speed. Only exceptions are DPS that deal damage outside of their turn like Clara, which would still be good with Luocha.

As someone who impulse pulled on him and isn’t into MOC, he is an incredibly comfy unit for general content where you can afk runs for stuff like trace mats and not have to babysit your run in case someone goes low hp, then again I use him with Gepard which turns my team into a literal brick wall that heals a ton.

running gepard luocha in echos of war and im just able to turn on auto attacks for the bosses and do work in the background. life is good LOL

Did i miss something, or did he not bring up the AOE healing trace that makes him EXTREMELY powerful

I think luocha will be super meta when the new destruction characters that drain their own and their team's HP come out, he's going to be the best healer for them. Plus if you whale for eidolons he becomes a role compressor

He will shine when blade comes out

Loucha is deffinetly not a sidegrade to natasha and bailu when he does everything better than both of them combined and have aspects to his kit that the other healers dont have such as aoe debuff cleanse and auto heal and ok dmg. Hes an upgrade to both of them.

I justd got Luocha within my first ten pulls and I got Gepard from the beginners wish. Should I level Gepard along with Luocha? At trailblaze lvl 22 rn and luocha’s at 40 and Gepard at 20. Since I don’t have to deal with the two team issue and I don’t have tingyun for energy recharge should I still level Gepard

Healing i think the only thing that seperates him from natasha and bailu is the no skill point healing, but in overall kit Luocha really shines because of his ult that removes the buff from the enemy.

Honestly, I pulled because he's otto apocalypse in HI3 and that fascinated me, but he is very useful, he basically serves as a replacement for my Natasha AND Pela, he filled both roles in and now I have one more slot that idk what to do with

Luocha doesn't struggle with AoE healing when accounts reach mid-game. His A4 passive trace heals a LOT, especially with characters that have follow-up attacks or turn manipulation (AoE heals the same as ST attacks, it's all about how many turns you hit an enemy and not how many enemies you hit, that includes any damaging ult you use during its duration), in one abyss flower cycle he probably heals my entire team by like 3000 without skill, albeit it's in small doses so it doesn't look as massive as it actually is. Only real issue is that he struggles with consecutive AoE burst damage since he doesn't have an on-demand panic heal like the other healers, but if it's only one big AoE hit his entire team can just heal up afterward by attacking after the enemy turn. ABYSS FLOWER is where a majority of his healing comes from, his skill and emergency heal are failsafes or cleansing bots, which makes him even more skill point positive than the other healers. That trace is massive, mine was doing ok but not incredible but the moment I got him level 50 and got that passive he could solo sustain one of my MoC teams which let me reach MoC 9 for the first time today. Didn't even level him up further I just got a few more defensive stats and ERR for more abyss flower uptime (Mine is usually down for 3 turns for the other units, so at minimum 8 turns with abyss flower healing then 3 turns down time). His heal is extremely comfy, lets you ignore small chip damage which can make a difference if a unit survives or not, and that's including his imaginary break, which is huge too since you ult every two rotations optimally because of his low energy cost. His A6 passive is going to be huge too, since the sustainer getting CC'ed at late game is a death sentence. Edit: I use Post-Op purely for the energy regen. The outgoing healing is useless because his ult doesn't heal, but his skill healing scales so high it can still recover 1500 health anyways (This thing's heals a base of 710 at level 8 wtf). My traces are at level 2 talent and level 4 skill, mine doesn't do any damage but he's level 50 so lmao. His atk is 1.6k and outgoing healing is 17.1%. Another thing that's great about him is his healing can be boosted by harmony supports like Asta talent or Bronya ult jic you need ever more for some reason (running him with at least one nihility + DPS is still the best tho, he should be able to sustain double DPS in the future if that somehow becomes meta). His speed is 123, though you should prob run him slower tbh because you can just use technique to start the fight anyways.

He's REALLY great with follow up attacker. As it's currently stands, I happen to have all of them except Himeko (Also, you forgot to mention Herta). So yeah, definitely a must pull for me because I also don't have Bailu nor Gepard. He may not have the AOE healing like Nat or Bailu, but with a great timing character's ult, you can get the AOE heals going.

7:20 Well, now Welt is not the only other Imaginary unit, because now we have Yukong in the same banner as Luocha, and game will give her for free in 1.2

Luocha is vital if you’re going to build a destruction hypercarry team in the future as they take their own/ally hp and also very skill point hungry. HuoHuo another leaked healer and she’s going to be vital for hunt hypercarry teams. She’s not close to as being as versatile as Luocha, but she provides atk/crit buffs along with heals.

To me, so far, he's not a side grade, he's a massive upgrade. Bailu has the massive issue of no cleanse, she doesn't even have passive resistance so she can get shut down so easily and that will only get worse with more bosses with chain CC, stuff like dominate, not to mention he's also Pela 2.0 mixed in. I struggle to see a situation at this point in the game, where pulling him wouldn't just be a net positive because Natasha feela like she was only good because of the cleanse and Bailu is already arguably worse than her just by not having one, it can screw you over way too easily IMO.

Funny how when I was warping for him, I got Bailu and then him. I already had E5 Nat so I guess I'm abundant in abundance now *ba dum tss*. That said, I really like his kit (that's why I pulled for him). Heal/Cleanse, Auto-heal, Debuff AOE... most people in the comments probably explained it better but yeah, I do recommend him especially if you don't have a shielder and an Imaginary character and you most likely use Destruction as main dps. And if you are a husbando collector :>

With the addition of the new 4* imaginary character this opens the opportunity for a team similar to Sele silver tingyun Baulu but just switching out lighting for imaginary

Hard stuck on MoC 5 for a while, and I just knew I really need another healer (don't have Gepard or Bailu). Earlier, after getting Luocha, I instantly progressed up to floor 7 with relative ease. Him scaling off of ATK benefits my playstyle as I can make use of Asta's stacking attack and speed buff. Having Seele and March to complete the team feels like cheating. Definitely a huge upgrade to my account, having that 2 preservation and abundance characters each.

8:13 Post-op does not give any healing bonus to luocha as he has no heals attached to his ultimate, quid pro and shared feeling are probably better

He's our first battle healer, so he'll be a big investment in a long run. Since he can be sustainable team while doing damage and we're close to have an all imaginary team along with Yukong. Since in this game all actions can make or break your battles. I would love to have him if possible

Problem with comparing with Genshin is that they have a right to be cautious about Kokomi. Healers aren't that great, so they need to do something else besides healing. Kokomi wasn't that great until bloom became a thing. Meanwhile we all need healers in HSR. Especially those of use that got Himeko as our free 5* and nothing else. I keep getting light cones from the standard banner when I use the free pulls, so I've been planning on getting Loucha for a while. Plus Yukong is on the same banner, so it's pretty easy for me. The real strange thing is, the more I hear about Blade and Characters after him, the less I care about Kafka. So we'll see how it plays out.

« Kokomi wasn’t that great before bloom », she is hydro, the most broken element, there is no such thing as a bad hydro unit (including before dendro) even Candace and Barbara are good

The thing is, you can get Luocha now, while if you don't have Bailu, you're gonna have to wait for that low chance to get her

Even though I have Bailu I'm still pulling for him. (Don't get me wrong she's a great healer. Personal preference not the biggest fan using child characters).

Okay I have to share it with someone. I pulled on his banner and got Gepard lost 50/50 was kinda sad but also happy as I do need his shield but then afer somehow managing to get more pulls not only did I pull him a little early i think between 60-70 pulls but got E1 of him in the same pull. I feel sooo lucky rn

i have both natasha and bailu built, and i just got luocha. idk if i should keep building bailu or just switch to luocha 😭

Hes good, and prolly helps with replacing Nat for forgotten hall since secondary team held bailyu. But currently wondering if i should have spent on the pulls.

i did the dumb and wished on silverwolf banner (wanted 4 star cons) when i didnt really wanted her and i got her. i dont have bailu so i could use a second healer so i hope i dont lose my 50-50 when i try to get him

I have gepard and c6 natasha(im not a whale i barely spent just got lucky)after looking at him it honestly seems like it depends on the team. He will be able to do considerable damage compared to other supports as he scales AD which is huge. However he is going to be alot squisher than other supports (bailu/natasha health tanks and gepard defense). He will fit on some teams but not others. Will be interesting.

You missed one 4* lightcone for luocha, Perfect Timing is pretty good on him as well but post op with refinement seems to be better

People say he doesnt have an emergency button. And to that i say, his talent is his emergency button.

For me personally I whaled a bit (with money I saved specifically for him). He is an Otto expy which is one my favourite characters, a healer that scales off of atk sounds interesting, cleanse AND dispell sounds pretty much like role compression which is always nice, and his style of offensive healing makes me think that a team of lvl 80 characters could be composed by 2 damage dealers, a support and himself, making it quite nice. That and he can have some nice sinergy with March who is just too cute to ignore. Got him at E1 (I was near pity and wanted more 4* Eidolons) and got 2 Qingque (E6, my beloved gremlin), 1 Pela, 2 Yukong, some LC and also his signature. Oh and mono IMG sounds really fun too, so I also pulled for that.

funny you made this video explaining how Luocha is different from Natasha and Bailu when in the previous one you claimed that the game has no complexity because characters of the same paths are the same...

Lol did a 10 pull on his banner just to test my luck and got Bailu instead. So now i have two healer for MoC and guaranteed for the next banner i pull on. Lucky all things considered.

I have baliu and I pulled loucha for mono imaginary with Yukong welt and silver wolf. It was beyond worth it lol.

There is a huge difference between someone keeping everyone full health and enemy's unbuffed (while needing 0 Skillpoints), and someone needing a tank + healer who both need to use up skill points and barely keeping people alive, luocha is unironicly the biggest upgrade you can give your account by far, even bigger then silverwolf, selee or Jing.

Me who got Bailu at the start of the game then just got e1 when I lost the 50/50 to Silverwolf. She's carried me through a lot of fights with her raw healing and once her battle revive

I just got Luocha this morning and i gotta say, he's in the middle right now. One of his talents is when you have his field up and one of our allies attack they geal the whole team for a small bit of hp, it's a convenient way of healing the whole tram with one flower field. But since I'm trying to save up skill points for my dps, i only have field up when hid ult is up. So he's kinda hard to use for me

Increase your ER and you're good to go. Luocha is actually considered as a "skill points positive" character because on how much skill point you can regenerate when compared to other healer. The way on how to play his rotation is simply by doing Basic Attack > Basic Attack > Skill, if you have enough ER, this rotation should guarantee your Ult to be online. Another thing is that to never use his ult or skill whenever the field is on because you want to stack that abyss flower as much as possible.

Overrated character anyway he's not a must.

Something that I love is that when Luocha's field is active, follow up attacks AND ultimates still regain the character's HP = everyone else's HP. If you need your immediate healing, do your burst and tada! You're healed along with every other character in your team! IT'S INSANE!!

Id say hes not that worth if a pull if u have gepard or bailu. If u dont have either,hes a good pull. But then again u can also wait for lynx who is leaked to be a 4* abundace quantum unit and she does seem to have a very good kit with good utility as well.

We need more 4 star healers ) I really want Lynx for mono quantum team

Tbh, I wasn’t sure if I was gonna pull for Luocha at first, not because I don’t like him but more so because I’m saving for someone in 1.3. However after testing him out I’m at least gonna try pull him because he does seem pretty damn nuts

I think this kind of video also poses powercreep concern in this game

Luocha + Arlan... From a recent mission where we got to try Arlan; it seems he can burst attack several times before his next turn even, And drains his own HP each time - so he could really use some automatic healing it seems like.

My only worry is that since his healing is based off of attacks, he is going to get 1 shot easier that other healers who are based on hp. I think with time and more content being released we’ll see how he fares in the meta.

He shouldn't get 1 shot if you build defensive sub stats. Then again, it's speculation

He has one of the highest base hp in the game (1280), only losing to gepard (1397) and bailu (1319), and has 3 innate hp boosting traces, and will end up w well over 4k+ with almost no hp% sub-rolls and no LC with max hp%. There is no mob even on MOC10 that hits that much in 1 move. If he does get 1 shotted, then characters like tingyun(846) or seele(931) will also get 1 shotted as well with barely 3k hp when decked out with dps oriented relics as well. If u swap out just 1 pc for hp% main stat, he will hv well over 5k hp.

Effect resistance and HP > Atk You also don’t need to max attack. He’s gonna over heal.

Yeah I agree His Healing scale off in ATK. He have already 2.5k ATK in my account but its seem he almost one shot by enemy. It's either you should use light core have resistance or something like defense.

I already saw a guy using him and his lightcone at Lvl 40 on MoC Floor10 and suviving most of the fight.

He's really good for times you just need the constant heals/top offs. Mainly need Bailu and Natasha for bosses that go crazy on you so all the healers have their uses 😊

got pela on the first pull and then got yukong and luocha on the second but i was so dumb trying to pull for his signature light cone i spent like 40 more passes 😭😭

I have him and Bailu but its seem I refer to use Bailu over him. I refer Natasha or Bailu cause of AOE Healing.

bronya selee combo with extra turns and fire trailblazer for the team wide defense and anti burst the auto heal and the field is way more than enough to keep the team healthy while doing good damage

Luocha combat-wise is an excellent healer. Luocha character-wise is pretty solid to even if being mysterious held him back in any capacity. I’m glad I managed to pull him by accident cause having more abundance characters is a small necessity we all probably share.

i got so unlucky with my standard five stars that most of them are light cones i dont have bailu or geopard this guy is a life savior for my team im planning to get blade and hes going to be perfect for him

when u are like me and only aim for pela and Yukong, but u get 1 loucha and 5 quingque, that feel bad

I pulled for Luocha because I didn't have Bailu or Gepard (and because he is Beautiful !) and I got him after loosing my 50/50 to bailu lol. So now I have 3 healers. But I absolutely don't regret getting him, he is really comfy to use and I still needed someone with imaginary break. And he is still Beautiful

Do I really need any other reason to pull than the fact that hes basically an Otto expy?

Btw i want to say with the right setup gepard can solo tank. He draws a bunch of aggro and revives upon death so he can pretty easily be a solo tank as most fights are over by the time he would finally get K.Od So really there are 4 options now for solo supports but they all have ups and downs. Alot of people are scared to not have a healer on there team which makes sense

I just really liked his design so I got him. Wish me luck on Blade though ^^,

as a mr svarog main his auto heal is amazing for someone who porously gives my enemies as many hits as possible.

I have both Bailu an Nat, and I still pulled for him! And I do feel an upgrade. Ngl.

the aoe high dmg attack from mobs/boss is the only problem I face other than that Im ok with him as my 2nd healer and my first imaginary

Just lost the 50/50 after saving quite a bit for him. It hurts but at least i got e1 bronya. 😭

luochas talent heals everyone in the party

Saying Bailu has better raw healing is just factually wrong. The maths have been done, Luocha’s per turn healing dwarfs Bailu’s even without cheesing more healing out of him with followups.

idk man I have both Nat and Bailu (at E1 even) and I still rolled for Luocha cause I'm desperate for imaginary characters

I watch all 3 of your Channels on a daily base but using Fire emblem music makes me like you even more.

Both upcoming character like blade and blindfolded lady with sword seems like consume HP....he will be perfect for them...for now unless there's more utility healer in the future

I just got him in like 20 pulls and here’s a review. I got him with little to no expectations since I was just building pity but than I got him and he’s a game changer, unless you’re a early player than I would’t recommend getting him due to his materials + natasha is already a pretty good healer and you get her for free but if you’re in the late games like me and your characters was constantly on life support when fighting than Loucha is absolutely amazing. His skill automatically heals you which itself is already worth it to pull but the other good thing is that you don’t even need that much good pieces, I just put some of my natasha’s light-cones and relics and he already heals my character fully (keep in mind I have never even build my natasha and her relics are given free in early game and I have never touched her since than) Especially if you’re going to pull for characters like blade who takes damage a lot than loucha is absolutely the best for that, although you could always use a shielders if you want I think healing itself or just loucha’s auto heal is much better and his skill points are almost always never 0. Although someone like natasha or baliu is already good healers I think if you’re in late game or just clearing the forgotten halls and need a healer than I would 100% recommend loucha.

Weather you need luocha or not really does boil down to if you have bailu or not lol, i have bailu so i dont need luocha, plus i dont like him since he looks like otto from hi3 so yeah...💀💀

just impulse pulled and got him at 34 pity and won my 50/50, holy shit lol

I lost 50/50 on Luocha banner to my first copy of Bailu and managed to get Yukong, so I think I'm good for now.

I pulled on his banner and got Bailu at 78 pity.... Shes now E1. Which is literally the most useless eidolon. Do you guys think i should just wait for Kafka now that i have a guarantee??

For those who haven't pulled him what to consider when pulling for Luocha is that 1. a good second healer / chip dps especially because he has healing based on atk and also good if you don't have gepard or bailu 2. Auto emergency healing could help in most situation 3. Imaginary character if somehow some reason you don't have Yulong and don't want to wait he is also another imaginary character 4. Buff dispel on enemy

Ty i skipped Loucha coz i have E1 Nat and E1 Bailu
