Idk if I’d say that lol. Katy has a couple of the most affordable communities for new construction in the metro.

Just posted on nextdoor im sure people will appreciate this information. So many ask these questions and are curious about relocating to the katy, Richmond, fulsear, and Rosenberg areas.

Richmond tx is the best. I'm in Richmond right next to katy and they stay building. They are making more lanes and extending the toll roads of 99 in my area. Harvest green is well developed. They have Messina Hof Harvest Green Winery & Kitchen. Fulsear is also coming along.

That’s a hot take! I like Harvest Green. Fulshear does also have great development. Most call Fulshear the new or next Katy though so it’s hard to put it in front of the OG lol.

​@aaronlathan I agree, and athletics definitely brings life to a city. I have you locked in because the wife and I just increased mortgage payments to pay this house off in next 4 years or sooner. We need 5 acres 3 is the minimum. The wife keeps asking have I found anything which is a good sign we are now on the same page when it comes to purchasing land. We appreciate the videos brother please keep them coming.
