    Procedures are the same as told earlier in this channel. Kenntnisse Prüfung aka Approbation is tougher than earlier because they are raising the standards now and they are checking the German fluency simultaneously during the exam. German you can learn from any German language school, but most important is how you learn the language outside the class with videos and books and how you make practice of speaking.

    @@Khizeymehar if you have the license to practice in China, you don’t have to give the licensing exam in Pakistan, you can proceed with the procedures in Germany (internship should be completed)

    Hello sir, i completed my internship right now in india and want to join orthopedic surgery only , can you give some contact to connect you directly? insta id or anything, wont bother you much as i know you are busy , just wanted to know is there any difference of quality of teaching in some hospitals?, for example did you experience within 4 years that joining some hospital would be better for orthopedic surgery than other? according to patient load and no. of cases and teaching faculty

    Hello, yes one can apply to the reduction of duration, but the decision is taken by the Gutachter ( the person who analyses your documents) , so it cant be said for sure.

    USMLE will not only be helpful, it is mandatory to apply for the MATCH in the US. or did i not understand the question ?

    The department of your Interest should be choosen first, as you will be doing that work everyday for most of your life, the name of the Institution is secondary

    I have EU diploma and waiting to pass FSP. I am a bit worried because I feel even I know very good to pass FSP, that my German language will bot be enough for Weiterbildung at begining. Did you also have the same feeling? Does Oberarzt usually have understanding for foreigner doctors at begining when you start your weiterbildung that your German language is not good, or they expect at begining that you are pro in German Language?

    it counts as an experience, meaning it will help you get a Job easily, but it will not reduce the duration of training

    sir I am like 100% confident to work hard for USMLE..but i am too afraid because it takes a lot of money and doesnt ensure any residency...i heard that many people who have really high scores like 260 in usmle steps gets rejected in less competitive branches due to no research..and I am really afraid for that reason..coz if that happens i will be loosing all the money io spend in total and my life will be wasted with a loan debt of like 25-30000$.

    USMLE and MAtch are certainly very competive. The process in Germany is still not so competitive , however the is long, tedious, confusing and non-standardized.

    Not possible, only doctors training in allopathy medicine can treat patients as doctors, there are other clinics but they are mostly like therapists.

    it is comparatively less difficult for trained anesthetists to get a JOb in Germany, however all the paperwork, Exams etc have to be done to recieve medical license. only then an Employer would be interested in your application.
