Sir will studies in germany end with fachartz.In India we have MD Internal Medicine or MS General Surgery,and then we do the superspeciality right.Does germany have superspeciality course.Are we becoming a cardiologist or neurologist(as examples) direcrly at the end of residency in germany(fachartz).Hope you will clear this doubt

Sir, Currently I am a 4th year medical student in kazakhstan. In kazakhstan to get a medical licence for practicing here one must do 2 year internship after the 5 years bachelor of medicine degree. and thus ECFMG requires that too. But in India the 5 years bachelor of medicine degree is valid provided that we must do 1 year internship there after passing FMGE. So, my question is that after passing FMGE and doing one year internship in India, shall I be eligible to do PG in Germany?

So far there was no problem as long as you had a license from one country, but since middle of 2022, they are demanding license from Study country too, hope this changes in coming future

you should prepare for 1 year of living expenses, around 11K Euros till you get a Job. About Observership- you come to Germany after you have an Observership Confirmation.

Sir please let me know about the PG in Germany...i am final year student in kargyistan and now i want to move to Germany but in kargyistan they don't gave the license 😢you can get lisence after two years of graduation... Our degree is MD ... now is is possible to do pg in Germany? I heard some of our senior moves there's with out lisence but i don't have clear idea? at the risk of sounding very harsh, i would say, its very very difficult, I have a Video coming up for experienced doctors who plan to move to Germany. If you plan to move to Germany, a GP or Internal Medicine would be more appropriate, just my general opinion. I donot underestimate the willpower and dedication of motivated individuals.

during the FSP Course, if you have come on a 16d Visa, then you are allowed to work 10Hours per Week. bdw FSP Courses are not University courses, they are private institutes mostly

for Doctors, there is no changes in law as of yet. hopefully in coming months some new rules might come.

Sir i have cleared my mci exam after mbbs from philippines. I already have my permanent license issued by haryana government but without internship because they considered the clerkship done in philippines. So the situation is i have my license without internship. So am i eligible for pg in germany or i have to repeat internship again in germany ?

ideally, 12 months internship is compulsory, but if Haryana Gvt. has accepted your clerkship as internship, i believe in germany they should accept it too. In Germany , you cannot do Internship again.

the process remains the same, one has to apply for Cardiacsurgery training positions after getting a Permanent License in Germany.

Hello, I assume as a specialist in Pharmacology, you would want to progress in the same field. I believe applying to pharma companies for jobs would be a good plan to begin with. Or do you wish to get into academia and research ?

Sir, I agree that in India the struggle is lesser. While a colleague in India in 5 years be in a University pursuing a Specialist degree after about 2 years of NEET preparation, a colleague in Germany would be only half way through their journey of becoming a Facharzt. But do you think the struggle is lesser in India, when it comes to practicing as a Specialist after the completion of degree ??

I have never studied there, so cant say about the training. What is feel many times is that , people dont care about the quality of training, they just want the degree, wherever they can get it at low costs.
