As a 24 year genz guy, I can confirm one thing...life is no easy, no matter what generation slab or gender you may be in. We understand our parents have worked rigerously to give us a fair life and food in our plate, education. But, we too are in our own race to lead a good life, to make our parents and loved ones happy, to be self reliant and resilence. Todays struggle is different though we have resources, but no proper job, hyper corruption, corporate politics, lakhs of people for a single vacancy in gov sector, no proper directions, inflation, zero hikes, this all leads us to stress and breaks us apart :)

Wow, such a beautiful and insightful video. I totally agree with the issues faced by the Gen Z generation. With lack of purpose, laziness becomes a habit and lack of self confidence is evident. This in-turn leads to Gen Z seeking refuge and/or validation from the online forums on the internet. A sense of direction, Cultural binding, gives the self assurance and boost needed to overcome challenges. If mental strength is not cultivated, it will lead to unintended habits and result in a chaotic lifestyle and decisions. To add, if the Gen Z culture/ problem is to continue, it will likely give rise to increasing number of divorces and financial mismanagement. Parents play a very important role to contribute in helping solve this problem. The western countries are experiencing these problems and sadly we Indians are also heading in the direction probably because we're highly influenced by the west.

According to my perspective I can say that after looking at the growing population of India the indian gen z will have to face a lot of difficulties like less opportunities, lack of facilities such as water, food etc. more competition in private sector.

I am 16 years old from genzee but i dont feel depressed anxious or purposeless i know very well what i need to do and am working towards my goal along with living life to its fullest but cant deny i was just 13 when i was in depression and had social anxiety but now when i have overcome it i feel it was just a phase so we can treat any sort of mental illness just but changing our mindset and habbits ....go genzee you can do it

Gen Z faces problems because of previous generations, they produced huge population.. so the output is overpopulation and unemployment.

China has the reverse problem because of their 1- child policy which has wS recently lifted and their cureent demography is getting old soon which is not supportable by the smaller size of younger population. The average household size of nuclear family has been decreasing in India, more in the south than north but overall a decrease in household size and after reaching a peak, it will start decreasing. However, the current genZ and later will be old by the time the reverse happens. Question is what population size and demography ratio is the right proportion that allows for sustainable enriched living?

*more population means more opportunity to be explored with more tax collection means more public benefits, noone should force for how much baby should produce until unless they are dependent on others everytime because for example mostly developed countries facing lonliness, depression, fear to talk to others and less care and empathy for humans.*

i think the major challenges that new generation Z is going to face in future are - 1- lack of employment opportunities due to high population and tough competition 2- lack of confidence 3- lack in making proper decisions regarding their future 4- and all because of these depression will take place 5- overuse of mobiles and spending much time on social media in order to get peace and happiness but ironically this lead to more more and more depression problems and unhappiness among gen z

As a Gen Z I want to say that everything is going much more tougher than what it looks like. I can totally relate with all the feelings mentioned in the video. Thank you for making this with this critical issue.

The rest of the problems were common to all generations , one big advantage to genz and y is that they are the most adaptable to quick changes . Genz and y if they are successfull they become most reliable , incomed and responsible ones in the family .

Sometime we also feel anxiety and depression, reason of this is overloaded information,insecurity, and people’s judgement

I am 19 Year old and here are few problems which i Face. 1. Lack of purpose 2. Lack of physical activities 3. Lack of communication skills 4. I am not a believer and religious , i am agnostic so i feel helpless and hopeless . I find it difficult to ask for help to the superior power because i think that doesn't exist and it is Foolish. 5. Unnecessary information coming to me by the internet and occupying my Little stupid brain. 6. Availability of easy dopamine kicks by Just keep scrolling. Which otherwise i have to get from working towards something productive. 7. Want to study from the internet and youtube but end up wasting Time on some random shit. If anyone is reading this. I Just want that plz make a device for us students which only allows us to access educational content and thats it. It will be really helpful for every student. Well this can be a great startup idea , i bet every student has this problem and want to solve this by any means and he will pay for it. So plz consider this and make such device as soon as possible, otherwise i am Definitely gonna do this in future for My Little brothers and sisters.

RIYAL...I've completely lost my communication skills, including the ability to remember most of the words I used to use on a daily basis, as well as the names of things. I can't even communicate in my local language due to this. I spend all my days sitting in front of a screen, either preparing for exams or watching random stuff (which is useless, but dopamine always wins :)). Earlier, I used to think this happened because I haven't talked to anyone since the lockdown. However, after doing some research on this, I came to know why. T_T Literally, I've no friends, no social life and a fucked up routine:)

I am belongs to Gen Z. According to me we gen z are more depressed and stressed one comparison to our elder one but i think we are capable in making a huge change for our upcoming generation.
