scouting, maybe comparison or best fit of Wide Forward options: Xavi Simons, Kudos, Bakyoko, Nico Williams, Eze, Olise etc 🔥 Simons on loan with an option would take in a heartbeat - but Kudos if the £68-75m price tag is too be believed seems a solid option too

I think van Hecke at Brighton would be an absolute perfect fit, plus he's premier league proven. I think if we add ait nouri and van Hecke to our defence would be a dream.

Sign both Diomande and Hato. Sell Kiwior and Tierney. Tomiyasu and Zinchenko, ideally we would like to combine them into one. If Kompany wants Zinchenko, maybe it’s good to sell him when the price is high. Tomiyasu can be a backup for now, we are on the rise and we would like to accelerate our exposure globally, including the Asia market.

Kiwior is in extremely elite physical profile(fastest ever player recorded at Arsenal) and you have yet to see him play left center back for Arsenal, he reminds me a lot of the center backs AC Milan had about 20 years ago, Kakha Kaladze, Nesta etc, physically elite Cbs when younger who become world class cbs as they gain more experience.

You're misguided if you believe Arsenal need another right-footed CB. We must address the leaking roof before buying a second car. We must prioritize positions that were problematic during the season and in defence, that was at LB. We are seriously unbalanced in defensive quality on our left side. Gabriel is the ONLY reliable defender on that side. Zinchenko and Kiwor are not good enough defensively hence Arteta played Tomiyasu there in the run-in. The latter two could not be trusted. Compare that to the opposite side where we have the quartet of White, Saliba, Timber and Tomiyasu - all excellent defenders. Any money we spend on our defence MUST be at LB/LCB.

Saliba being the only player tot play every minute of last campaign isn't a comfy stat so we do have a CCB backup hole but as the video questions- is this a smart fund allocation? Not sure it is.

I believe that buying Diomande is lined up with a formation change. Moving towards a 3 at the back with Gabriel/Diomande/Saliba. Having Timber, White, Tomi, and Kiwior will provide good cover and depth in defense. If that’s not the plan, then I agree with you.

Think we are a "defend with a ATB that becomes a 2 when Ben overlaps". Not sure those mentioned are good cover for the hole but again not sure we should spend 69mil on a hole that isn't above other priorities.

The league was lost when we had a period of poor results mid season, when we failed to create chances in terms of both quality and quantity against low blocks. We have to improve our build up play. Upgrading our midfield creativity is our first priority. But improving the creativity of our defenders also helps a lot. Especially when defenders are the ones who step into the midfield and create nowadays.

Starting to think these tactical insight shows are becoming a bit of a jink.
