It worked for me, I had a chubby belly for over 10 years, I’m in my early 40’s. So we know it’s a lot more difficult to loose belly fat. I’m a swimmer, 6’1”, almost got a 6pack when I suck my belly in. And relaxed super flat tummy. You guys...I was shocked and it worked for me but I swam almost everyday. Let me tell you...I swim every year for the past 15 years and have never been this lean since I took CLA-1300. That’s my feedback for you guys.

I've done some research on CLA and all I could ever find were studies showing no real relevant affects....and this was after I spent $25 on a bottle of it...lesson learned! I took it anyways and didn't find it did a thing for me to lose weight, it's a scam. On a side note, the absolute best fat burning results I've had is fasted weights in the morning, and I've done fasted cardio and IF and all that. If you lift weights in the morning on an empty stomach, tho it's difficult, you'll destroy fat. I have a cup or two of black coffee and crush a workout and not only am I making gains, I'm starting to see my abs and definition again after doing a big dirty bulk all winter. This is the best cutting technique thats worked for me, finally...and ive tried a lot. Give it a shot and you'll see results (as long as you don't eat like shit)

off topic question: Is it possible to *prevent* muscle growth in a specific muscle/muscle group after stimulus? So I was not successful in isolating the muscle group I wanted to grow and judging by the level of DOMS, I am going to have rather significant growth in a muscle group I do not want to increase. I've read that inflammation, particularly histamine response, is important in developing training adaptations. Can I do something as simple as rub bendryl cream or hydrocortisone cream on the area of the muscle I want to not grow to reduce growth? Will the benadryl/hydrocortisone get into my system and reduce my growth in the muscle group I want to increase?

But I saw a video about studies that suggested no difference between 0,66gr Protein per pound bodyweight and 1 gr Protein per pound bodyweight. 0,66gr Protein is very easy to obtain with every normal western meal plan. So why should I focus on my diet? Is the only importan thing left the calorie surplus to gain muscles?

can you maybe make a video about saturated fats? should u stay under 20g/day? is the source is (animal/plant/what kind of saturated fat) relevant? for example id imagine for someone doing long carb its extremely hard to stay under the recommended 20g/day no matter what source of fat they decide for right? im asking cuz too high saturated fat intake means more insulin sensitivity due to its buildup in the muscles (which potentially means less POWA? D:)

May Eighteen Microwave ovens are simply high frequency radio waves around 1.2 GHz. There's a ham radio band very near that. I think that I have the frequency correct in regards to microwave ovens, if not I'm close. But basically what happens is that the radio waves are so short that they penetrate whatever they're aimed at and that in turn heats it up. The danger with cooking food in a microwave isn't directly to the food, it comes from the container. If it's not microwave safe, as many plastics aren't for examples, the plastic will leech into the food. So just use a ceramic bowl or anything else that's microwave safe and you'll be fine.

Do you mean lose fat in a case of being obese or just getting really lean like a bodybuilder for a show? If it is the first, it is of course good to lose excess fat. It is best to do that while not having too big of a calorie deficit to maintain your metabolism and not lose too much muscle. If you mean cut to really low body fat levels, that in general isn't too healthy and is just done for a short time for a show. Otherwise, it is fine to be lean and maintain a healthy level of fat for anyone. Main thing to do is figure out how many calories you should eat to lose fat at a gradual pace, look for an online TDEE calculator to get an estimate on how many calories you should eat.

I am at least gonna try!! Everyone's body is different and you never know if you don't give it a go!! I have researched different opinions!! Some see results, others see none!! Amazon reviews seem pretty good actually and some see results but not like in two days or anything but that's with everything or everyone could be an anorexic beanpole if they wanted to be!! You gotta do the work and eat right of course which you have to do anyway!! And apparently this is supposed to help you get a flatter stomach and have a leaner overall body tone in your body more than give actual weight loss which will help you fit in clothes better!! I am a fan of that even if I don't drop on the scale!! Body weight is not all the same and that's why some people look Extremely thin and are heavier when weighed where as if you have more body fat, you actually can seem to weigh less but it's all fat!! I am hoping it takes body fat from my breast area too though!! That are is so hard to lose fat from for me and it's literally all fat so you really can't just do a workout for it and have it disappear!! It's usually a genetic disposition where your fat goes, which kinda sucks!! If it doesn't work, down the road, I will get breast reduction probably, haha!! 😍😋😉 Also, just so everyone knows, you apparently HAVE To take at least 3000mg a day!! This is the one I am going to be starting soon, Yay!!! I am not afraid to try something new with a possibility of real change in my Body!! I have tried way too much antipsychotic and antidepressants over the years and they didn't do anything and they are actually regulated by the government but doesn't mean it's good for someone either!! Never works for me!! So, if this can, will I put out the money to try it, yep!! And Amazon Prime makes doing returns Extremely easy!!! Why I love, love, love Amazon Prime for so many different products and the actual company actually sells the products there too!! I ordered yesterday and am getting it today and can't wait until I start my first dose!!! I am going to start with half a dose for a week or two to see how it affects my body and then increase it to the max dosage!!! 💕 www.amazon.com/Supports-Management-Non-Stimulating-Conjugated-Linoleic/dp/B01MTJZNQF
