    @@pirateluffy5659 No! just a bells palsy exercise,sleep well 8 to 9 hours a day it helps a lot take vitamins and eat healthy foods like banana,drink milk and lots of water and the most important don't stress yourself.

    i dont know whats the stage of my bells palsy but this happened on 2018 September 24 and i followed this steps since today and it's going to be great and i think im almost recovered,my eyes can be close but my mouth is not recover yet and i wish i can be recover thank u doctor😊

    I have Bells palsy for the last one year.I met an accident and after I suffered from brain injury. I had done physiotherapy also. But for the last 6 months my lips are stretching towards bell palsy side. While laughing my effected side eye is becoming smaller. What i will do mam. I have shown to neurologist.some neurologist say this is skynonisees. Dome are saying this contraction of muscles. Is there any solution for this. Please advise me. I am in doubt by doing too much exercise it occurred. Is there any method to get rid of this problem.

    you need to go back to neurologist and check on her recovery, as i said in the video there are level of bell's palsy, he would be able to check how much recovery has happened in her bell's palsy and accordingly suggest, in the bottom line exercises are the most important, encourage to do her normal facial movements and expressions via play.

    Ma'am.I thank you for the suggestions, do's and don'ts in this particular video. I just suffered on 4 th of April with partial facial palsy. Being in this lock down stage, myself not able to visit any neurologist or eye specialist. Just following the 21 tips video uploaded by you. Apart from these exercises, can you suggest any medicines temporarily,till the lock down ceases, and I can go for a check up. Hope you shall do the need needful. Thanks, Nagraj Rao.

    Nagraj Rao same for me. Mine came on April 4 from anxiety and stress during this time. I am 95% recovered. CBD helped along with her facial exercises.

    I have had Bells Palsy for 5 months. I started treating it at 3 months and had 20 rounds of acupuncture, I also used moist hear, facial exercises and facial massage with no improvement. Should I give up of is there still hope? Any advice is welcome.

    Focus more on the exercises that covers the mouth region, you can refer the 21 exercise video or take suggestion from your physiotherapist.

    it is good dependent on which level is your bell's palsy. if there is no movement on your face then it is not required.

    @@HealthQchannel Mam Thank you. There is no movement on my right side of my face. I am doing the facial exercise which you suggested. I can see a little bit improvement. But I feel uncomfortable when I pronounce a few words.When I met the neuro doctor he told to take 15 days of facial electrical stimulation. Shall I continue the treatment or stop? Pls suggest madam

    Hlo am new here i got diagonased with bells palsy this month on 13/09/2023 it was a very terrible moment of my life because i had never seen it, but i went for check up and they gave me steriods, anti-virals and others but now am ten days but my can atleast try to close but the mouth is still paralysed

    I also chewed a gum around my day 7/8... and then i started getting twitches on the affected side..Now im almost in my 3rd week and i can move my check and eyebrow but not the whole way but the movement is back..i can also lift my upper lip is a bit..Lets just have faith we will recover

    Mam I am suffering from Bell palsy I am on my way to recovery .The only problem now I have is with my left eye the side which was affected due to bell palsy.I have strain in the eye and it does not blink. Guide me what to do.
