He completely negates that cash buyers are getting houses faster than those who need mortgages, if you have 100k to drop on a mortgage. The title company will cater to you as well as the seller. Cash is King. The rest is talk.

I mean, better than eating cinnamon. Maybe next a challenge to be a more rational thinker/dull the sensitivity so people aren't triggered like a bunch of 3rd graders. *Then* I'll feel like we are truly on the right path

I think its a net positive ! obviously the credit card people will be negative about it . I'm going to start it too .
