I had notice period of 3 months but I have left the company 20 days before the completion of my notice period due to abroad settlement. Now company is not settling my fnf and pf is on hold because of this. It’s been six months since I left my job and company giving me different kind of reasons for not settling the pf. Hi brother I have absonded from the company, and pf contributions are maded by the employer can we mark the exit date after two months. In that pf account only it is showing Closing Balance as on 31/03/2024 it means from that month I will get the PF or not Please clarify my doubt.

I joined a company and then left it within a week absconding it. And then joined a different company. But the first company created my PF memeber id and it has made zero contributions. I now have total 2yrs of experience and now planning to switch as this is going to be my first switch. Will two member id's create any issue.

Hi bro I have nearly 2yrs of experience in IT but i don't have pf account now i got two offers i joined one didn't liked it then i joined another one i liked this but i haven't absconded the previous offer yet and also i haven't shared my account details with previous company yet My bgv is done in this present company only onboarding process is pending I just want to know does it affect me in dual employment case? @@holkarrohit4365 tell him to negotiate the notice period instead of absconding. If it is 3 months make it to 1 month. I made it to 15 days thanks to my team lead. He understood the situation and gave my early release.

Sir i resign after 4days of joining now they are saying to pay 2month salary if i won't then they will take a legal action. I have return all the property and meri koi bhi training education nahi huyi thi now they sent me the letter to pay the amount what to do ?
