@@theappliancereviewgreat review. I found a Miele 30” wall oven base model with knobs at 60% discount floor model on an authorized dealer. It’s $5k cheaper than the Wolf. I’m highly considering it but the salesman try to bs me saying Miele won’t warranty floor models. 😂

It's a shame that Wolf doesn't make their Professional series with French doors.

Get the new Anova Precision combi steam oven. Beats the features of the Miele for a fraction of the price.

@@danarositano5998 I’ll check it out. I’m designing a condo kitchen for myself, and I’ve set on a quad design of 2 ovens side by side and steam and speed oven above them. Miele is and wolf are the two factors. Waiting to get a chance to play with them in person soon. To make final decisions.

Can you address the chipping of the blue porcelain of the Wolf ranges and ovens? Read a lot of reviews of people having problems. Is this covered under Wolf's guarantee?

omg their gourmet mode sets at 180 for turkey?? That's 25 degrees too high LOL. Kidding aside, I've had my Wolf 30 inch all gas range almost 14 years, only been serviced once and it was already in the house I bought. Love the old burners. I have still read of the blue in the newer ones chipping, most likely due to using self clean. I also did read a review from someone on Houzz who baked cookies on several large racks in the new M series and her cookies in the corner edges near the new corner fans burned. That was one person tho. Air flow of course is important with multiple pans but that is the exact same problem I have in my old Wolf gas oven - uneven cooking. So I am in a quandary as there are features in the Miele I want and some M series, and nary the two shall meet. I've been stuck on the range vs. rangetop and ovens decision for a few weeks now...

For me, it’s a no brainer (Range-Top and Built in Ovens all the way). I think I’d want a BlueStar Range-Top paired with a Miele Oven and Steam Oven Combination.

Unfortunately wolf is a few years out from a 48 inch all burner range top so I had to go wirh the full range.. I already have a steam oven so I have more ovens than I need.

A bit late to the party, but I love the Wolf design with those red knobs. However, they need to bring out a steam oven and microwave in the same style. That is where Miele etc., have the edge. High end appliances I feel are even more about design than performance.

Steam and microwave ovens don't have a use for multiple knobs, so there offerings of those products don't have them. Steam and microwaves only work at one temp.

Only the most expensive version of the 3 Wolf M-Series double wall ovens get the red knobs. In other words, you have to pay over $500 more to get the cool knobs. Sad.

The best oven racks are the new Jennair

Same! I'm trying to decide between the Wolf or Meile steam ovens and quick ovens.

Is the oven to the left two separate ovens connected to each other?

Top is speed oven Bottom is single wall oven. They are separate ovens each requires a 220 cord.

We put a Wolf range and a Miele refrigerator and dishwasher in our freshly remodeled kitchen. The Wolf is quality all the way. The Miele freezer section has very poorly engineered bins, one of which tumbled out onto the floor and busted into several pieces the first time loading it. Last time buying Miele, over-rated in my opinion.

Wolf is terrible- their racks get stuck all the time. Looks great but very poorly engineered.
