Do you recommend getting the one without the knobs? Is it confusing not have the knobs and just use the touch screen?

It's a personal preference. It has identical functionality. It's whether you would prefer to scroll with your hand like a smartphone or have the knob guide you through the menu.

As far as I’m concerned the red knobs are part of the appliance’s jewelry. A must have. The electronic knobs available on the cook top while novel seem to be the first thing to crap out. I could be wrong but just a little to foo foo for me. The red knobs are iconic and a must have. The quality of the interior of the oven is unreal. Maybe alittle over kill but it sold me. Appears to be extremely well made but for the price should be. Due in February and I can’t wait🏖️

All ovens will emit some heat... especially in ranges. I wouldn't say that Wolf is doing this any more/less than any other brand.

We don't carry the Monogram line right now, so don't have any firsthand insight into that product.

Beyond disappointed with our purchase (Not from Yale Appliance). The remote-enabled feature is a complete joke. Completely defeats the purpose of offering an app with remote control functionality.
