I am 23 years old, been framing houses a couple years now and i just bought one of these set ups back in march, and i love it so much, easily the best tool i ever purchased and i know it will last me atleast 10 years probably 20 .. i love it soo much infact i am going to by another set up of bags so i can have a small set up with that small right hand diagonal hammer/ tape pouch and a L1 Mini on the left. thank you Luke if your seeing this
Awesome video Mark! These akribis belts are legit!! Your first video helped with my decision to try them. I couldn't be happier. I had plant to order a set of suspenders and a couple of accessories at the beginning of this month, to finish off my setup... I ended up with a full blown second setup with a bunch of accessories 😂🤣 Should arrive by Tuesday... feel like a kid waiting for Christmas
Hey thanks Mark for your video they are awesome. Your first vid got me to buy my first Akribis tool belt and DAMN !!!! i love it AKRIBIS is the best . Keep on the good work and cheers from Quebec .

Really glad you like them Korey!!! Appreciate you watching the vids
After watching your first video I decided to put a order in with Luke to replace my Occidental nylon belt. I went with the R1HD-Mini for my right, the LT2 for my left, the wide belt pad, suspender mounts, and the standard belt. So far I am loving the layout and I am very happy with my purchase, Cheers.

Hi, Mark, I love your video, and thank you so much for sharing! I just have one question about the weight, so what do you think about the weight to compare to the other brands? Thx
Glad I found your channel, you will get big. Stay fun!

This belt is 100% more my style, I don't usually do the suspender style. Might have to look into getting a lighter duty one made. Also some of those J-cuts in this video chefs kiss

Wicked video. Your original video was one of the deciding factors for me to purchase my original set up for Akribis. Since then I have purchased more bags. I have a full framing set up and a trim set it. Beautifully done!

hello I wanted to ask you how long it takes to send the tool bags
Do they make bags oriented for left hand dominant?

What size belt pad did you go with?

Really dig your videos Mark!!! As for the toolbelt, the Lmini, do you find opening the top large bag (The one with the loops inside) big enough to carry and access lets say 3" screws? Cheers!

Only thing you’re missing are loops to hook on your air compressor and hose! Microwave hook on the back would be great too!

Hows the weight. I do highrise formwork and rough framing on the side and my occidentals get heavy in the rain and snow. Tried going with nylon bags but I always prefered leather.

I believe you'll notice the weight difference once the bags are wet. The leather akribis uses is treated waterproof leather like you'll find in waterproof work boots. I just saw a video where he soaked different leathers. The weight on his leather barely changed when soaked, compared to untreated leather which doubled in weight. Akribis also has the HR (high rise) series of bags. They have built in D-rings on the bag corners.

God no! It was cringe, 🙄 I hate it when men demean and emasculate themselves. There's enough feminists out there doing that besides giving them a hand. I say grow some balls and be a man. It's your money, you went out there and busted your ass working in all weather's to earn it. If you want to spend it on a custom made tool belt so be it. Does she run her shoe and handbag purchases past you? A tool belt will make you money unlike all that useless crap that women buy. Men are producers, women are consumers. The man is always the prize, men need to start acting like the prize.
Please send me one of those belts...
