Regardless of his passport, India Willoughby's openness as a trans woman means that everyone know that he's a man! He uses the word preposterous countless times in this interview and should probably look it up. His entitlement to trample on the rights of women to feel and be safe is yet another example of how preposterous this movement is. The patriarchy in stilettos is what I heard someone call it which I thought was very apt!.

When Rowling 1st spoke up, I Googled it, not only has this been going on for years (watch Willoughby chastise Posey Parker on breakfast interview) but was SHOCKED by amount of violence & death threats against feminists, mostly from trans activists. If sufragettes had to battle internet a century ago, women still wouldn't have the vote (Roe v. Wade, ladies, am I right? NOT laddies).

What makes anyone think that it's a "myth" that someone won't take advantage of self-ID? Bad actors exist everywhere - why give them more opportunities?

The prefrontal cortex does not develop until around 25, so no we can’t make a decision like that.

Yes is just the usual BS more distraction, they don't care about doing anything to make ordinary peoples lives any better, but scapegoating a micro minority gives them a common villain to boo and hiss at, they will soon find another scary boogy monster to hate when they are done.

I am a cleaner in a professional adult learning environment yet i have to undertake compulsory safeguarding training for those between 18 and 25. How can these same adults be accepted to full democratic responsibility? And then suggesting it should be extended to children as young as 16?

Good luck making all countries of the world validate that passport.

So you could change your gender, but your not old/responsible enough to get a tattoo....

We had 1794 a land-rights in a german country 'Preussen' with the age of 18 for change and final fix the gender of peoples with unusual biological look. But no change of the past, they start at 18 in their new gender forever.

Those presenters can barely string a sentence together cause they have to analyse every word before they say it cause it's so unnatural and counter to the way we all think and feel. They basically have to contort their thoughts before it comes out of their mouths. Ridiculous!

16 is too young, and I am a transwoman. Young people do experience dysphoria but many grow out of it in their 20's. Why not make it easier for people older then 25 to transition?❤

Interesting... India does not consider being trans an illness or sickness. Presumably, then, India would agree trans people should not receive hormone treatment or gender reassignment surgery on the NHS. After all, why should anyone expect the NHS provide treatment for anything that isnt an illness.

I have my own opinions. I think leave the kids alone. Yes its okay for kids to question their gender and sexuality. But to sterlize kids is NOT okay. There is a difference. And also 16 is not too young. Yes I am against self-id and neopronouns. I'm not always against self-id but mostly I am. So I agree with India.

As has been pointed out elsewhere, this is dishonest gay conversion therapy & narcissist Jonathan only speaks for himself, he has NO credibility or qualifications to speak as journalist or woman.

To piggyback upon others' comments here; just the inherently innocuous act of someone presenting their passport in front of a camera is enough to define them as blithering idiots.

Helen Joyce claims that all studies have shown that almost all children change their minds about gender dysphoria when they go through puberty but she did not reference which studies, when they were conducted and whether they revisited those children later on in their adult lives to determine if they had transitioned or not, nor does she mention the fact that a lot of trans gender people don’t want to transition because of all the aggro it causes

She didn’t claim ALL studies. In this very short “interview” it was impossible to consider, discuss this topic in depth. Facts matter, biology matters. Women cannot become men, men cannot become women. A man does not and cannot know what it is to be a woman and vice versa. We are biologically DIFFERENT. By all means, pretend all you like… just don’t force, compel others to engage in your pretence…

exactly willoughby unless you are then you wouldnt know & i suggest that you have absolutely no idea what it feels to be female since you are not a female & never ever will be ..what cos you dont like the colour blue was it? i didnt like pink but im still female , i preferred my brothers action men instead of my dolls but im still female so what exactly did you know at the age of 3?
