You guys have to understand that 50 didn't destroy shit. It was that 50 was the newest hot artist out and everybody jumped on his dick. People who talked bad about Ja Rule's music going soft really don't know shit about the music game. Ja's singles you heard on the radio might have been poppish but they were radio made music fit for promotion just like any other single but you had to buy Ja's album to listen to the gangster shit. Ja and Gotti aint gonna put out no thuggish song as a single. Now look at 50, he's on twitter crying and pleading with Jimmy Iovine for a record deal so he can release his album where as Ja and Irv is doing things on their own. So now who's on top? IT'S MURDAAAAA

You sound stupid as hell. Why would you want to buy his album when he was making soft ass, corny ass, sing song raps as his promotion? If that's what he's promoting himself as, why would we want him? He went from heads being his fans with Race Against Time (my shit) to going for J-Lo pop fans. Lets be 100% clear...He shitted on his fans!!! Then when a new popular mainstraim rappa capture the pop-culture attention, all the 14 year old girls that Ja Rule dumped us for turned around and dumped him. It's completely his fault. He did it to himself. That's what happens when you chose artificial fame from artificial fans, you have no core fans to fall back on when things hit the fan. His choice, his doing, and that's the whole of it. You're just dick riding his bullshit 15 years later and trying to rewrite history. Teenage white girls didn't give him his first platinum plaque, but that's who he shitted on his fans for. Then when a better Ja Rule came along (50 Cent) of course these transitory fans promptly dumped him for the new hot thing. Again, his doing, his fault! The clown gets no tears.

At least ja was not a hypocrite, he was just doing hiw own thing. 50 criticized Ja's style, then stole it for himself. To me that makes him the biggest piece of shit in rap history.

gogetta80 Who bought 50 music after his second album? Second didn't do nearly as good as the first? Where 50's records sales been for almost a decade? Nothing that 50 did changes what Ja Rule did, which was shit on his fans for pop fame of teen booper girls, who turned and shitting on him, now leaving him forever with no fans. You and he can cry about it all you want but it isn't going to change, neither will whose fault it is.

WARREN BUCKET What publishing checks? There's never been a lot of money in that for the average artist years after the fact, and now there's hardly any. People are barely buying new music anymore, muchless buying old music.

I can tell Angie Martinez not even interested or feeling the obvious loyalty these two have for each other. Her tone eludes to contempt for the positive energy expressed between these two men during the interview. She has the mentality better suited for interviews based on hate and drama.
