Lloyd said he asked him for money after Katrina and he refused. 50 paid him for a feature and he took the money because he needed the money. He had his whole family living with him after Katrina.

By 2004, Murder Inc. was a sinking ship. You would've been a fool to stay with Murder Inc. and watched your career die. Most of those other artist on Murder Inc. NEVER even made it (Black Child, Cadillac Tah, Vita, Charlie Baltimore... 👀). Aside of Ja Rule, only Ashanti and Lloyd prospered on that label and that's because they were R&B artist. Nas declined signing with Murder Inc. in 2002 for a reason. He knew that wouldn't be smart. During that 2002-2003 fued with G-Unit, that devastated Murder Inc. It was a wrap.

Ja didn't have anybody else that could rap on that level to help him. All this taking down the label was because Suge Knight, J. When things don't go your way then the word "loyalty " goes out the window and you throw temper tantrums like a spoil kid smh??? Did he actually think that Ashanti would stick around when things got bad at Murder Inc?? I would've left too. She was thinking of her career. That's what any smart person would do. Irv needs therapy and a good hug and move on and try to resolve the issues with your ex-wife.
Lloyd actually spoke on this in his own personal documentary. He explained it in full detail. I can't remember what he said but I do know he spoke on.
I like......how Ja spoke up by saying don't keep calling her (Ashanti) a bitch. He could've stayed quiet, but since he's cool with Ashanti he just couldn't let that slide.

It’s the bare minimum in other communities men get aggressive if you disrespect the women of their race in this case it’s even a surprise a black man spoke up but he still goes on tours with her so she does still help him get the bag so I’m not giving him too much credit. A non black man would cut off this man for disrespecting his women
Irv funny ass Hell He said what he said 🤣

“Dang I thought we changed subjects 👀 🤔 “ Irv bitter as hell 😂
Thanks, JaRule ❤
You want to see someone act out !! Give them weed & alcohol ..
Shout out to JaRule for correcting him.. Anyway it's so sad how this all went down. It's a mess. But for real, murder inc had a vibe and didn't sound like anybody nor can that sound be replicated. 50 literally grabbed a bunch of artists to compete with no real intention of anything more.50 is a straight user! Don't get me started on how poor Olivia to compete with queen Ashanti, then dropped like a hot rock. She wasn't as talented to make it in the long haul like Ashanti. And there were 4 rappers vs 1 rapper and a couple RB singers.Sad!

More than 4 rappers against one. Obie, Em, Busta, Dre. Rule took on giants. For real.

@@YOUNG323 They took Ja chain.. Well a nigga that was with 50cent took Ja's chain.. Either way it was still a hater move that started the beef and it wasn't from Ja's side.
Love how Rule corrected him out of love! We need more men like this!
how can i watch the first episode of the murder inc doc?
Peep how the question was about Lloyd and somehow Irv switches the conversation to Ashanti 😆 🤣 😂
