True better late than never, but there really is no excuse if you call yourself a metalhead that grew up on 80's metal not to have listen to let alone hear of Iron Maiden... Total poser... LoL( That was a joke, not to be taken seriously)!!!
My wife and I have been together for 33 tears, married 25 this year! You two have an awesome relationship... I can tell there is real love there. Keep each other happy in the mind, in the heart, and in the bed!!!

When this LP came out, it was super-anticipated because of the vocalist change. We weren't disappointed when the needle on the turntable dropped. Excellent!
Fun fact the devil in the vid is their future drummer nikko mcbrain

I was never a Maiden fan when I was younger. They are one of my favs as I've gotten older.
I saw all 4 shows of Live After Death in Long Beach California in 1985! It was epic!!! UP THE IRONS 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥🔥🔥
Bruce Bruce has always had such amazing stage presence, not to mention that air-raid warning scream. Yeah, this album was a constant on my record player when it came out, and drove my reggae-blues-orchestral loving parents bonkers. They couldn't wrap their heads around why I liked them so much, but it was everything... the look, the sound, the sheer fun of it all. Going to see them this summer, just like y'all (my... 3rd time? 4th time? I can't remember anymore), and I'll be screaming my fool head off. Up the Irons!
You 2 have a wonderful night. I have to head to work. Looking forward to tomorrow's songs. ✌
Iron Maiden is another band my dad got me into in the late 70s and early 80s before I started my own record collection. Number Of The Beast, Metallica's Kill 'Em All and AC/DC's For Those About To Rock were three of the first albums I ever bought.
the whole album was fantastic. you guys inspired me to go back and listen to it again. thank you!
Great reaction as always !! Keep going kel n rich 😉 !! Thanks for the videos. Always happy to check new reactions from you 😉
I was 17 when this came out, when this first came on MTV it was stunning, I already had seen the Killers tour , Bruce upped the game.
El disco que cambió la adolescencia de toda una generación mundial , run to the Hills es también genial , gran video enhorabuena.
I've been looking for TNOTB reactions for so long, and there aren't a lot, I'm so glad to find this one, and from you guys.

The look on Kel's face when Bruce ripped that 1st scream was priceless LOL
Saw them in 1985 in Houston ...beer...etc....Volkswagon van on Powerslave tour....Awesome and I dont have to use a hearing aid to hear it....👴
Kevin from St. Louis. You two have the best reactions. Thank you again for sharing.
I like your videos. You actually listen to the song straight through without stopping it every 30 seconds to give a long dialogue. Bravo!
You've brought a huge smile to my face again guys. You have so many classic treasures to discover for the first time. I envy you. #IronMaiden two minutes to midnight Melbourne Australia.
I listed to this on cassette so much when I was a teenager, I knew the words to every song on it as well as wearing out out at least 2 cassette tapes. A timeless classic to be sure. :)
#MetalChickPick Sign of the Cross rock in Rio 2001. Musicianship-A+.👍
Dude you guys have shot up like 3k subs or more since I joined. Keep rockin' and loving each other. It's beautiful and the world needs more of that.
The first song I heard of iron maiden been a big fan since seen them three times now live awesome live
My brother always had maiden blasting out around the neighborhood. Pissed off some people. 😅 First metal band I ever listen to. Thanks Vince for making me a metalhead 🤘😯 WOOOOOOO!!!!!
You guys are in for a great show, I have seen them a lot of times ,each time is great.
I love what you guys are doing! Keep up the good work! #MercifulFate Curse of the Pharoahs
As a 54 year old, I saw this tour at 17, '82. I also saw Killers, the arc from Killers too this album cannot be over emphasized. They became a phenomon. The stage presence was un paralleled.
Good song. Kixxx azzzz....you’re gonna love Maiden live!!! Seen em 6 times & they were badassss EVERY TIME!!!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Saw these guys in Los Angeles Sports Arena, early eighties. Girl-school opened, Scorpions were next and Maiden rocked a very happy crowd!
you are very welcome to the Iron's heaven much obliged. i bow to your love between yourselves most people don't find that so well done enjoy your love for each other
I saw them in concert 1982 12th row just left of center. When "Eddie" came out he was over the crowd he was right over my head! It was awesome!
Yet again, another great review. The Alan Parsons Project is gonnae blow your minds.
Just found your channel a couple days ago and i already watched all your iron maiden reactions, awesome reactions and great channel. I really recommend you reacting to The Evil That Men Do, probably my favorite Maiden song. 😎👍🏻
I had trouble getting into Maiden at first, but my roommate had Piece of Mind, which we played nearly every night along with Metallica Ride the lightning. Then Powerslave came out and I was hooked. Then I went back and started listening to their older stuff and became a true fan since the mid 80s. Amazing performers. Great reaction as usual.
LOVE IT !! great reaction again. This was always been one of my top maiden songs. Plus the video was awesome. #ironmaiden bring your daughter to the slaughter Fernie British Columbia canada UP THE IRONS! !! to all
Real metalheads hearing rock and metal. You got my attention, thanks

This song introduced me to metal, haven't turned back since.
Great job guys !
I was 10 in the studio on set when this was filmed in hammersmith odeon London my uncle was a set designer its a special vid :)
Guys you are going to be floored, they need to be experienced live. I am going to see them the first week of August, it will be my 7th time seeing them can't wait. It the best of the Beasts.
This song pretty much got me into Metal. My older brother had this album and listened to it alot back then. Metalhead from Sweden. #Sabaton The lion from the north #Manowar Black wind, fire and Steel #InFlames Where the dead ships dwell #Candlemass The well of souls #Mustasch I hunt alone #LynyrdSkynyrd Free bird #Gojira L'enfant sauvage #BlueÖysterCult (Don't fear) The Reaper Really enjoy your reactions. Keep on keeping on.
Yeah Maiden was one of the first bands I ever got into back in the 80's and this was the tune I heard first from them and I was hooked from the start!, Just an amazing band that stands the test of time to rock our ass off. Cheers and rock ya later!
i saw that concert my second concert ever number of the beast tour with scorpioms black out tour and girlschool tripping hard on lsd one of the best concert i ever saw lol
OMG! Did you guys go to the show in Atlanta in July of 2019??? I took my kids and girlfriend to their first Iron Maiden concert (my kids FIRST concert ever!) at that show! It was an amazing experience for all of us! I had only seen them live twice before, but this was a perfect first Maiden concert to go to. Before this, and since, my kids are always asking to listen to Maiden in the car. So fun! #ironmaiden
You give me goose bumps watching you two
Up the Irons! 🤘This is the song that introduced me to Iron Maiden.
“Power and fun” you nailed it, Rich. Just enjoyable 😊
Injoy the show. I flew my son into Detroit from Walla Walla Washington and I drove into Detroit to meet him at the airport from Baltimore MD. I got pictures of Ed Force One. Awesome show. Awesome band. Awesome time with my son.
I saw Iron Maiden live in the early nineties in Providence, R.I. Me and my Spanish roommate drove from Boston to see this amazing band. Notice that in the early videos there's only 2 guitarists but today they're three. When the band "separated" Bruce Dickinson and one of the guitarists left. When they reunited, Bruce and the original guitarist plus the "replacement" guitarist that stayed on. Makes for an excellent sound when those three guitars play the riffs together, in sync, in chorus. Amazing stuff.
I remember finishing school and rushing straight to Our Price records to get this album on the day it was released. Wowzer, what an album it is.
What a band, what a song, and what a crazy ass video - saw them in Bristol in the UK on that tour, my second Maiden gig, and much as i liked Paul D'ianno i was an instant Bruce convert, although it took a while to get used to calling him Bruce Dickinson, in his previous band (Samson) he was known as Bruce Bruce, probably in honour of the Monty Python Bruce's sketch. Anyway, top reaction again guys 🤘

Appetite for destruction was the first rock album i ever heard which i pinched from my sister and changed my life but will always love Maiden
The first band I saw as a kid, Glasgow Apollo 1983, world piece tour as a 14 YO .... number of the beast is one of my top 3 all time albums
Loved it when it was new still loving it
i guarantee lots of fun they are awesome live! ive seen them
I used to have the album on vinyl and gave it away, with other metal albums, to a mate who was starting to get into the genre around 1990 when I was wandering away from it. Other music was capturing my imagination. I still have the songs pop into my head from time to time but I haven’t heard Number of the Beast since then. Another piece of vinyl I gave away to my mate was Dark Side of the Moon. I regret that one!
Yeah! Love these Maiden reactions you do! 🤘(must expand my bands that I watch here, but got limited time right now). I had a glance to see if anyone had already said, but couldn't see anything about the background of this song. Which I think is funny, since they got slammed as "Devil worshippers"! The narrative is in fact based on an old Scottish (my main haunting ground!) poet, Robert Burns, called "Tam 'O Shanter". While the 666 chorus comes from them all having gone to see the "Omen 2" together, the other night.... Awww! Also,I'm a sucker for old horror and sci-fi movies, so love all the clips -I love how they even got Godzilla in there at the beginning, and he seemed to explode! Metal! So looking fwd to hearing how the concert goes, have a wonderful time, and thank you both for the great videos. -Owen
The spoken part at the beginning is the version of Revelations that was printed in the novel The Omen it isn't exactly the same text as the bible ,but very close.
Classic Maiden. Fantastic. UP THE IRONS
I remember about 10 years ago I randomly bought Maiden's greatest hits album on a whim, even though I didn't really know any of their songs. I was totally blown away by it.

MTV Head Bangers Ball. Loved that show.
Bruce's scream at the beginning, and i was hooked for life!!
You two are such a great couple. If you ever need a 3rd...
Thxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.....both..... Well done.... good feeling right ? test Run to the Hills... i think u appreciate !!! See soon
This one was inspired by the classic Horror flick Damian Omen 1 - Came our in 1982 so almost 40 years The Bass player Steve Harris had a nightmare after watching the movie and wrote this Awesome Track Iron Maiden Forever 🤘🤘
will always be amazed how many reacters love Maiden and get tickets to go to one of their shows. They're probably the biggest secret band in the world.
Welcome to the family. UP THE IRONS!
Greay song. U guys are awsome
Fun Fact : That primal scream Bruce does (at the beginning of the song) is the result of absolute frustration after the bazillionth take of recording the song. Take after take after take, something would go wrong - one of the guys messed up, technical problem, etc. It got to the point where Bruce finally lost his patience and let out that scream - and as luck would have it, the tape was still rolling, and after playing it back, decided it was too cool not to use. Spontaneous+Unintented=EPIC.
The interesting thing about this album and particularly this video is, it was drummer Clive Burr's last album with Maiden. Their current drummer Nicko McBrain, is the guy in the devil costume.
I seen them in 1986 in Battle Creek Michigan great concert
Love your Floyd t-shirt Rich 🤘
That song is amazing live !!!
Iron Maiden is one of the best bands ever, I’ve seen them 2 times and going to see them in Phoenix in September. My whole bedroom is Iron Maiden, in the fan club. Up the Irons forever. 🤘🙌🏻💜😘😍🥰🤗
My all times favorite album ever, still is and iron as hell!
I’m so jealous i hope you guys enjoy seeing Iron Maiden live!
That is one of my favorite albums of all time.
There is a band that is not on many reaction channels' radars but they are one of the most respected progressive metal bands and they've been around for a long time. They're called Pain of Salvation and they're fronted by amazing vocalist/composer/band leader, Daniel Gildenlow. I recommend the song King of Loss. You may just fall in love and turn your viewers on to something "new".
I think reaction videos can become a new way to do music reviews. Pretty cool!
love yer shirt!
On "The Island of Right" "Number of the beast" thunders through headphones. In my opinion this was their best song outside Run to the Hills. Both on the Number of the best CD if you can still get it. Also has Children of the Dammed (very cool song)
#motorhead ace of spades #fastway Feel Me, Touch Me (Do Anything You Want), Don't Stop The Fight, If you could see, the last two take me back to my teen years and have meaning still to me.
Run To The Hills. Yeah they have better songs but it's fun. And yes it's great live. And yes it brings the house down live. And yes this song and album took then to another level. Ok it is my favorite Maiden song. I love the rolling thunder of it like a horse running full speed.

Great react! Best album. Best line up. Drummer Clive Burr (rip) was a monster. Best drummer of heavy metal. Thanks! From Brazil.
My favorite Maiden.
Most famous song and album, what Iron maiden ever put out actually, also has evil reputation but thats why i admire this so much.
Oh, I got a GREAT suggestion for you guys....I'll submit it through the website....cover of this song by an amaaaaazing artist!
I am nearly 30 and have been hearing heavy metal for basically all 30. And I have still never heard a better heavy metal scream than this.
I love the Number Of The Beast it's my #1 favorite iron maiden album of all time I love iron maiden so much up the irons IRON MAIDEN 4 LIFE
Great song. I'm not a very good guitar player, but the main riff in this song is one of my favorites to play. Just love that sound... Enjoy the concert, I saw them a few years ago with Coheed & Cambria and it was a great show. In terms of putting on a show, they're among the best for sure. I find myself continually commenting on the amazing musicianship of each band, but these guys are right up there among the best.
I love their pulsating lights. It's worth the risk of inducing a seizure.
