The woman thinks she's so much smarter than the cop by playing up all of these things like he's cheating on her. She's trying to get victimhood points and thinks the cop will feel sorry for her. It's quite transparent what she's doing. Except they have video of the entire thing.

It's so ridiculous hearing the guy go "she attacked me and then kept attacking me and then kept attacking me while we were in the car together so I pulled her hair to try and get her a stop and she went to that bystander to him it likely looks like I was just attacking her" And then the cop just responds "well you were pulling her hair so..." It's so disgusting especially when we have footage of her literally attacking him unprovoked

I had the police victim blame me when I had a stalker (he eventually went to prison for it) , he was insane. The police kept questioning me as if I’m the one who caused it asking if I’ve dated him or said anything to lead him on, I didn’t even know the guy. Ridiculous I was so furious had to deal with him stalking me for months before he finally got arrested.

To be fair to the officer who was talking to the man, it seems like the information they had when they rolled up on the scene came from two men who reported a woman run frantically out of the car and hide inside a van for help, probably saying he was going to kill her because she mentioned that she thought he would kill her. The officer wouldn't have seen the footage yet and the man didn't do the best job of explaining what happened, that she was the one driving, that she was the one who initiated the confrontation etc. He did explain that she was hitting and punching him and that he then pulled her hair, but they also probably hear people downplay their own part in domestic abuse cases all the time. They really should be assuming everyone is innocent until proven guilty, but they also have to worry about their own safety and the safety of passersby, so they have to be ready for violence at a moment's notice. With the information available, I can see why that officer reacted the way he did.

Im not saying there was no victim blaming, but we saw the video before the bodycam. We saw what happened but the cop didn't, maybe he didn't hear the guy saying they were driving the first time because cars were driving by on the road. The cop just got there, he's trying to figure out what happened, he wasn't watching the livestream, he has two people with their own version of what happened. Cops don't have a third eye that allows them to know the truth, he heard the guy say he pulled her hair and anyone rational would have said he shouldn't have done that. Telling someone they shouldn't have escalated a situation is not the same as telling them the other person was in the right. IN EVERY other circumstances asking someone why they didn't just walk away would be 100% justified. Don't pretend you've never asked a dumb question under stress, its a part of being human.

She snaps and attacks him and then also wants to play the victim. The truth is, they are both incredibly mental, both made awful decisions, and both are equally responsible for it escalating to the point that it did. Edit: this shouldn't even be a hot take. Prior LE here. We definitely don't wanna tell you you are going to jail. Things escalate when someone says that. Definitely didn't like the first cop assuming the dude was in the wrong. He immediately defended the woman before evening listening to the whole situation

pfff don't you know a man can't be assulted by a whamen? That's just crazzy he obviously needs to just tuck and roll or take it like man....OBVIOUSLLYYY Annnnd then they wonder why men don't speak up against abuse because it's cops like him who are like "Oh you were being hit? Well why don't you jst walk the hell away man...tf is wrong with you dude? WHo cares if she's beating your ass walk away!" but if the shoe is on the other foot half the time it's "you poor thing, how dare that man touched yo and you had no way of getting away! LOCK HIM FOR 10 YEARS ROBBIE!" fck double standards coming from a girl btw

Im glad she went to jail. I hate people like her. She just started making up things just to play the victim. "He threw me out of the car" " he was chocking me *dramatic acting*". I know hes not a good guy, but i mean, neither is she. They knew this was a toxic relationship. She knew he was just paying her to spend time with her. And he spends money on other girls he likes too. They really need to just stay away from each other.

She is the kind of person who stares into a mirror to practice expressing human emotions. This is not a personal slam; rather, it's a feature of Malignant Narcissism. I've had a few run-ins with people like this. They will ruin your life, and then make it your fault. They are predictable and functioning three phases: Idealization, (love bombing), devaluation, discarding, and hoovering. Yes, they try to get you back after they've used you to get their narcissistic supply. It is valuable to learn about them so that you can avoid them. They are literally not capable of feeling human emotions.

I rented half my shop to this type of person. She would verbally abuse me and curse my family every single day and tell my shop neighbours I cheated her money because I was racist and sexist. When her shop couldn't generate any profit she sabotaged my shop and got me kicked out by the landlord, and expected me to return her 8k deposit when she made me lose over 30k. These people are the worst.
