Yeah. That's super addictive. Never needed caffeine before I tried on caffeinated gum. It can just seep into your bloodstream for hours as you chew, giving a surprisingly large and long-lasting dose.

The "down the feet" feeling could be an unconscious attempt to ground away the excess energy. Depends how it felt, but that makes sense. The energy body can only take so much, just like the physical body.

I realized that 5 cups of coffee a day was too much, so now I limit myself to 1 cup a day. It's a 56 ounce cup, but I only have one.

The pocket latte stuff is really nice when hiking outdoors or on a camping trip where you don't have access to make a cup of coffee.

Back in the 1990's, Portland OR had a local Coffee Shop chain called Coffee People... They were so much better than Starbucks that Starbucks bought them out to squash the superior competition... They had a Black Tiger Espresso that they made Shakes and Chocolate cover beans from... I took bought my girlfriend a large shake one night and she was not able to sleep for over 24 hours... The best espresso I have ever had!!!
