I live in Canada. I like to get ideas from these cottages and incorporate them to my own space. I like this style better than what designers are coming up with in North America (no character).

Retro looking appliances would look really great in this kitchen. The smallest bedroom at the top of the house could be turned into a walk-in closet with laundry right there that would be awesome.

Im from the USA but have always had a deep desire to live in Ireland. My grandmas family came from northern Ireland in Armough county, our name was Kain. If i ever win the lottery im buying a beautiful small hobby farm in Ireland! Thank you for your videos, its so fun to see the beautiful homes and landscapes of our dear Ireland ❤❤.

Yes it's a lovely cottage, Howeve; it's only the 4th largest bedroom has space for a small wardrobe, the other 2 bedrooms only have room for a small chest of drawers. Perhaps the 3rd bedroom could be fitted out as a large walk in wardrobe.

Strangest things about watching these videos: There are no closets in the bedrooms! Where do you hang your clothes? The bedrooms are tiny. There’s no way to fit a queen sized bed in any of them - well maybe the last one. Costs: house price, average utilities, property taxes, etc. ???? But the properties are cute. Gardens/patios are super important, apparently. I guess we Americans are just used to bigger houses & huge lawns. But being a senior, I could get used to a little house like this. I’d turn the bedroom with the desk into my clothes closet and the one by the front door into a study/library/tv room.

Where was the refrigerator

Would you know of the famous elderly Irish woman who iives on her own off the grid. A couple of years ago I saw her video, but have not been able to find her again.

It’s fab, but I haven’t noticed a single wardrobe or something that would lend itself to a wardrobe. Don’t they have any clothes at all? There are tons of beds though? lovely garden, lovely frontage lovely cottage, but what would worry me on is if you had three bedrooms with beds in, you wouldn’t have any room for any wardrobes or hardly any cupboard space at all.

Lovely surroundings but very small bedrooms, not enough room for wardrobes and other furniture. Also may I point out that the en - suite bathroom is not a Jack and Jill . To be so, it would have to have two sinks, allowing a husband and wife to use the bathroom at the same time.
