The Haka is symbolic, just as people stand up for their flags, its nationalistic pride. To knock it is disrespectful. Why not everyone just drop their flags, toss a coin and play rugby.

It does and that's been the difference between the AllBlacks and everyone else, they are steeped in tradition and honouring past players, since 1888 they've been doing the haka, so for u to say "u just don't believe it has any place as part of a rugby game" is disrespectful to the game and its history.....in my opinion🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The haka isnt boring. It is a cultural aspect of the NZ culture and very much part of the game in its entirety. As you probably already know, Rugby isn't just the sport, it is entertainment, show. People want to see the haka. Audiences should be become more aware of what it means and start to enjoy it instead to insulting it. This should be explained and enforced in every stadium. The same way no one should boo or be loud with a kicker is taking a kick or when teams sign their national anthem. Plain and simple. In the words of the great Nigel, this isn't Soccer.

I think it's good. Lost a bit of its appeal however as I used to associate it with the All Black's but currently it appears that whether it's the All Black's or the U13E girls netball team every opposing team has to have a bit of a stare off ahead of the game.
