Was similar for sure, person on inside drifted wide of apex, slight touch and game over. iRacing crashes often imitate real life :)

The first crash reminds me of the 2021 great Brit-

I love how iracing has very good crash physics

Possibly, but it’s so easy to overcorrect in that thing. I just haven’t seen many save a slide like that. Of course he would have got more points if he got going again a bit cleaner :)

hey, does anyone know if the f1 mercedes gameplay is against ai or real people? because i can’t start an ai race with the mercedes

The W-12 is not against AI. EDIT: You cannot race the W-12 against AI as the car is not currently supported for AI racing.

Installed iracing this week again, uninstalled i racing also again. For a game wich you pay hundered of euros's it still possible to crash you main opponent of track with just 1x. Amazing game +1 10/10.

@@iRacingSam I did loads, but the answer is always "racing incident" loads of people cause crashes that can be avoided just by experience, they follow you for 10 laps in the slipstream and than make a huge gamble trying to outbrake and i have two options, go off track to save us both or keep my racing line. En most of the time you get hit so hard the car is undrivable but the person hitting you drives off and gets p1.
