@@bonitokumar4977 yes, most of the people prefer SETC as first. If no seats available, they were forced to go in private omni busses. Some people may go by interchanging in major cities if no seats in SETC. For example from madurai to chennai -> madurai to trichy tnstc, trichy to villupuram tnstc, villupuram to chennai tnstc. Actually people suffer by cost.

In my childhood I always loved travelling in trains.. Particularly Electric trains & this chennai suburban EMU.. Many years of sweet memories.. I love the EMU motor engine accelerating sounds, speedingly crossing every Electric pole catenary & that pantograph sparks.. My house used to be 15 mins walk to the railway station but bus stop jus 5 mins.. Parents used to take me to T-nagar for shopping mostly in bus.. We used to wait min half hour for tat tagara dabba slow bus.. I hated travelling in MTC & used to fight with my parents to jus walk another 10 mins & go by train.. Funny memories..
