This method have a problem, due to the SOC base coulomb method, this way can not change the chemical ID,which cause the battery bms still work in old heath way too even changed it to 100% as vedio show,please test the new battery standby time to check it.

Jeeze Louise, great job! I’m used to replacing my 1st gen SE battery. It’s so easy but I’ll be getting the 12 mini soon. I’m willing to pay the £70 for a new battery when the time comes lol. They are dirty bastards for not allowing people to repair easily. Should be illegal!

'Dirty bastards' and 'illegal,' you said, keep calm and enjoy the wonderful companies like REWA is doing, as you clearly don't know what you're harking about. This repair is easy for a "skilled" technician, but definitely out of the ballpark for the average joe. Professional Shops have to have the right equipment the repair, quality {third-party} parts, microscopy for inspection (as you won't believe the damage that can be cause to the FPC's and surrounding discrete components), so the upfront cost is very high - a professional shop has to buy in quantity to be profitable.

I bought your V11 device and I've tried emailing to get some help with the "IIC chip not recognized!" error when using the software. It's been two weeks. Why is it so hard to reach anyone from your company??? I'm a new customer and the complete lack of any help is incredibly concerning.

@@krantikoganti hey do you have any recommendations for a good screen replacement source for like android phones like for galaxy a30 i have an a30 screen damaged carried it to repair and the screen was bulky the touch responds poorly and it stopped working do you know if they have the original screens for replacement or at least real oled screens other than the LCD screens?

even if your screen is broken and replaced with an original screen, it seems that everything you want to replace has a serial number and can't just be replaced

Original BMS should work normal.

That pcb board for reading data we have to remove after reading and save?or we have to keep connect with battery include that board?

Activate the battery by direct current supply, could you talk us through that? What parts of the connector are the probes on as im getting no response from it when I put the probes on

Good morning, I have a problem with iPhone 11 and especially with battery error. Firmware installed 15.3. Swapped battery connector. When connected to the iPhone still shows the error battery. Hi, great video! Every time I spot weld the anode and cathode to the bms it pops and burns out some of the batteries nickel cathode? Do you know why this is happening and how I can get around it?

I had this happen too, please try and exercise on old batteries an make sure to really push so that theres no space between the motherboard and the cathode/anode of the battery cell.

Do you have by any chance any repair shop here in the Philippines that uses this?

yes.. so if u want to replace battery in series 11 you need to buy batteries and tag.. not good.

Hey , any ideas why my iphone xs still is showing old battery eficiency? I removed original battery , resoldered fled to new battery , then reprogrammed to 0 cyclecount and 100% but after boot it still shows 86% instead of 100%. (3utools reports 100% efficiency correctly)

This is great tutorial. but it gets me to think, what is reasonable charge to customer after doing all this to sell aftermarket battery? I guess this would be great for iPhone users who are far from Apple Store or AASP or IRP and have access to local repair shop.

@@Francesca456 ahahahaha going through all that for 40 € no way! A aftermarket iPhone x, not even talking about xs or 11, 12. Is already 18€ or slightly more. Then taking the time to program it, spot weld it, protective tape on it again. No way! 75€ seems like a legit price . Where I live the local repair shops don't even touch it because of the pop up message. So it's either get a professional technician to do it. Or go the apple care a god knows how much they will charge you to pay. Last time I checked a i11 LCD at apple care is 230€ but a proper aftermarket Incell screen is 53€. And you can restore true Tone on that one 15/20 min and job is done

sounds like your spot welder was to powerful , mabe get a power supply that you can adjust and see if that works
