Can’t replace a new baseband? Or it must use a original baseband?

Each phone has a dedicated baseband with programming specific for that phone, which cannot be replaced by any other.

It really depends on the workstation that you are using. In this particular video I used quick 861dw. And the temperature on that was 385 with air flow set to 40.
