It shows at the beginning (in the first couple of seconds) that the battery capacity is at 50% from when it was new and then back to 100% with the new battery

Remove the barometric sensor at the bottom of the phone and the Taptic Engine and then pull the adhesive tabs at a 10 degree angle slowly until they’re all removed. If they break, you can use 98% isopropyl alcohol and just pry the old battery out.

Not unless you want it to have more hours of battery life again. I'd say if it still lasts plenty enough hours for you before you have to charge it again then it's probably fine. But if it's dying halfway through the day or something I'd replace it
