Why dont u swap the chip from original old screens to a replicate screens?

You can remove display pop up message by IC transfer and same for battery transfer battery old connection part to new battery

If it is iCloud locked, there's no getting rid of it. If it is an MDM lock, there is no way to get rid of it. If it is a carrier lock, only the original holder of the account can get it carrier unlocked. Hope this helps

Dude even when he puts the adhesive in, water or dust will still go into the phone. I'm a technician myself and I have sometimes iPhones where the screen got replaced before and even with the adhesive the phones are dusty as hell or you can see some corrosion due to entrance of liquids.
