To bad you use it on Verizon ofcourse .. if the phone is affordable Verizon doesn’t support it natively ...even the OnePlus factory unlocked has to be configured with a phone call to a tech ..yada yada and if you get someone dumb or nasty they won’t take the time to even do what you ask if it’s not a phone being sold by them or ever been

People want to get the latest phone all the time and never really use it's full potential and by the time they do a new version comes out and they run to buy it. Does it take good pictures, yes.. does it run games good, yes.. can you watch videos with good quality, yes.. Can you go online, yes. 99% of time you use a phone, you use the display. Samsung displays are just superior, I had sell my iPhone 11, and iPhone prices in my country are so high in price inflation that i could get a S20 Plus. After using the S20+, I really know what is to be free, everything is just superior

Well the 11 absolutely stomps the a71 in terms of performance ( especially gaming, they are extremely well optimized, can run fortnite at 60fps ), 5 years+ software updates, pretty good battery life, the 11 has a flagship grade camera system which is on a whole new level compared to a71

Unless you're like a heavy user and have got the money, A71 isn't too bad. it can play games at 60fps too (well, kinda), the camera is alright (on par with S8/9 which were alright), has got better battery life and screen, and can save you more than 300 bucks. but if you have the money tho, definitely get the iPhone.

Just bought the a71, its a great phone and I really enjoy it. A buddy of mine just bought a $1400 iPhone 11 (top of the line one) and its a good phone but way overpriced. We compared the the two and ill hand it to iPhone, the camera is superior, and the battery life it a little better but for the price the a71 is a better value. Both are smooth, but the a71 has SO many more things you can do on it like multi screen, and another thing similar to it. Overall though, both are good (last phone was an iPhone xs max) but the a71 is a much better value

Let's get real guys, maybe not just 6 months, but there's no Android that could compete with the 5 years of system updates (even more of security updates) that Apple offers while giving the guarantee they will work almost as good as the first day, not even the Android flagships.

In my country the difference between this is price,the different between a71 and i11 is almost 4 to 500 in price

IPhone 11, like ever iPhone ever offered, is WAY overpriced. In my country the a71 sells for less than half price of the iPhone 11. With much greater specs. I mean, the battery alone makes the choice a no-brainer.

The S20fe has 120hz and also has a better processor than the A71, but don't get me wrong, you still couldn't go wrong with the A71. The A71 is still a great phone overall. 😁

Because its midrange. Some youtubers trying to compare with higher end smartphones and they said lot of cons . Don't fool by it. Check your wallet and think what you really need and get it. You never regret for buying a71.

My dad has A71 and my Mom has iphone 11 pro max I tested both phones and I suggest A71 for flexibility and Freedom And Iphone For Reliability And Security Cons for A71: not water proof and no stereo speaker Cons for iPhone 11: not so good screen No freedom

A71 has dual sim,which is sonusable in my case.Larger screen for better viewing of videos and messages as well.Punch hole camera makes it more aesthetic.And for the 64mp main shooter is so helpful specially shooting a long distance photo.You can easily crop and it doesnt reduce much if the details. The good thing about iphone is that the market value, though its expensive, the depreciation is slow.Which is good for long time.

my comment is a bit late, but...... i have a a71 for 3 years now, and it broke already 3 times on the inside ( something with the battery, acording to the seller this problem is familiar with this model) after the phone broke the 1st time i got a new one under warranty, (broke again after 7 weeks). camera is literly shit. video is absolutely worst. after 3 weeks the proccesor starts to slow down, and after 3 years of daily use the phone is almost slower than my iphone 5.

@@Localfork I have an S10+ and I don't like it too much. It's laggy and has slow "fast charging" at only 15 watts. And yet it's still called fast charging yeah right 😂

If you want to go for the a71 you should keep in mind that you only have ike 2-3 years of software-updates and with the iPhone 11 you have like 4-5 so if you want to keep your phone long I suggest to get the iPhone 11 even if it's a lil bit overpriced.

If you want good photos the high end galaxy seems to be better in everything but portrait.

In my country Brazil, Iphones it's so expensive, I'm so happy with my Galaxy A71, it's a great phone to use.

@@frieza2235 I went from iPhone 7 to this but my brother has the XS which we compared. I prefer this im not sure if its due to it being something different from apple but it performs so well ive had no issues with it in the time ive had it. Camera shocked me the most at how well it performs and games well too if you are into that.

about 2 years late. my A71 is soon going to be 3 years old, bought it quite literally when it launched. the iPhone 11 I am using is also about 2 years old. the battery on the A71 got bad within 2 years- once dropped from 43% all the way to 0%, literally instantly. had 43% left, put it back into my pocket for about 10 seconds and nothing. i have experienced very fast battery drops too, basically lost 10% within 1-2 minutes. all happened outside, and no it wasn't very cold, a little bit. it also sometimes got really laggy, and once i got a pop-up that the UI screen thingy doesn't respond. basically couldn't do anything. camera is also way worse, nothing much to say about it since i don't take pictures often but as i said, i wasn't that pleased. overall it felt really nice, the first year especially. About the iphone i'm using- it feels brand new, battery is really good. it was used by my mother. she didn't use it that much so that could be the reason it works so well after 2 years. really thought it would be worse when i got it, but i was really surprised.

i have the exact same problems with the battery on my A71, and soon its also going to be 3 years since i purchased it. I'm thinking of getting an iphone 11, i came here to see the comparison and your comment convinced me :)

I had an iPhone X but lost the device. So bought a A71 4G as a replacement. It is a fantastic phone for the price. Love the headphone jack. It does get quite hot sometimes and in some cases it can actually reset itself because it overheats. That is usually under high demand use and usually while charging at the same time. Apart from that it's fantastic. But given all of that. I'm about to go out and buy an iPhone 11. I dunno there's just something about iPhones

I have the A71 for 2 months now. It is a champ Ma Sha Allah. I came from a Samsung S8. My advice would be if you have other Apple products that keep you in the ecosystem and have already invested in them you maybe better off staying with iPhone 11. Otherwise the A71 is really a beatuiful phone with more than enough performance, battery and overall specifications than the iPhone 11. Put in mind what I have noticed with A71 that Samsung newest flagship phones have way better screen quality and sound quality. For photos you may get very decent photos on the A71 but what most users say that iPhone is the king of smartphones video recording and many prefer the photos of the iPhone. Both are great options no hate for anyone whom uses either one.

@@Codyslx Well I would be happy to help you but I am not quite sure I am the best person in regards of gaming because I rarely ever use games not to mention on it. However I have been through some reviews on the A71 and I guess you would need to consider the following: 1. Do not use games on highest quality settings. 2. Make sure your battery settings mode are on optimized performance setting and that adaptive battery control is turned off. (may drain battery faster) 3. Make sure the game booster and game launcher apps from Samsung are running with proper access. Yet many reviewers mentioned that for heavy gaming with best resolution settings the A71 stands behind flagships and in this regard the iPhone 11 which has an excellent reputation in gaming > not sure what would be the highest resolution on the regular iPhone 11.

Simple: Long term user, buy an iPhone - Updates up to 5 years and resell value at around 50% of the new value after 3-ish years, in almost perfect condition of course (so just invest in a screen protector and case) Switch every year/every 2 years: Buy a dang android

Kodie X Korri lmao dont be fooled. GCam is not magic wand that will make your pictures look better. Most of the time detail and sharpness remain the same but the colours may appear more natural. If you are comparing between A71 and iPhone 11 and camera is a very important feature then the answer is clear

Yeah I find the phone gets quite hot. I'm not a gamer but it has little hissy fits sometimes if I'm on a vid chat and on charge at the same time

Just bought the A71 today with the small regret of not buying an iphone. Reason being, i hate going with the flow and getting what everyone else is getting. Thank you for this video comparison, i'm content with my new A71!

That's exactly how I feel. I enjoy Samsung phones and have never felt the need to own an iPhone other than the fact that "everyone else" is doing it

A71 for Sprint and Verizon customers is the same price as the iPhone 11. The model you have here is the international model. So really, both phones are $700 depending who your cellphone provider is.

Hi! I love Note phones for the S-Pen, and I don't really care about camera quality. In my country, the Note 9 and the Note 10 Lite are almost the same price. Many people say that the Note 9 has better build quality, battery life and optimisations than the Note 10 Lite. Is this the reason why I should choose the Note 9 over the Note 10 Lite, even though the Note 9 is older? At almost the same price point, which phone is more worth it? Which phone would you recommend to me and why? I just want to buy the one that most probably would be able to serve me longer. Thank you.

Currently using an A71 and the battery is amazing. 11hrs of screen time which lasts 2 full days on a single charge and the camera is pretty good but could be a bit better. But overall its amazing. Edit: its also lightweight and futuristic looking.

@@vishalbright864 A71 has a better camera and bigger battery and more RAM. It's a midrange flagship. The A51 is a little smaller so its better for pocket fitment. The A71 is a little big but you get use to it.

Well Antonio. If I had the money I would always go with Android. I use android since I can think and it's absolutely a beast. Well bro we all know that you can get a much better android with 600$ than a Iphone. And it is not the phone to get because everyone has a different opinion about the Iphone 11.

What I do is budget 400-500 dollars for a phone. I carry a cellular iPad mini 5 with me and I do 90% of STUFF on it, my phone is literally that.in touch and nothing else I literally throw it away every 2 years. So it works out 20 dollars a month depreciation. If I get something at the end of 2 years it’s a bonus. This phone is perfect, thanks for the review.

@@mukundjodhoa because I have seen both phones in real life and the iphone 11 I screen is more better and has a better glass and personally I like LCD over OLED and about the resolution the resolution might be better on the A71 but it is not waterproof has a plastic back and is way too big in my opinion and it only gets updates for 2-3 years max whereas the iphone will get updates for 4-5 years and I'm not an apple person I have had Samsung phones for 4 years and now I'm saving up for the iphone 11 I think it will be a nice phone

I love the A71 but I had to return it because it has a green tint on a grey background between 0-20% brightness in the dark. Pretty specific problem but still bothered the hell out of me. Does anyone else have this problem?

Apple knows when your phone is getting old... The older the phone is and it's still getting supported by updates? they're slowing down your phone to try keep your battery consistend but it doesn't work that way

John Peter Jimenez a couple years ago when I went into Verizon and bought the Samsung J7(second gen) for 240$ tells me all I need to know about budget and mid range android phones. They’re crap. Once I had difficulty swapping pictures because of file sizes in sms text I was done. I didn’t want to do any work arounds. Once android(google) comes up with a convincing competitor to iMessage I’ll take a second look but right now I want nothing to do with android. Oh yes I was getting ads on the android as well just navigating through the OS. And I would get text message ads. And the phone came with carrier bloat ware. Fuck android 😂

My a71 is amazing but the battery dies fast like even when im not using the phone its goes down by 5%

Weird, mine lasts all day even with heavy use without gaming of course!

No one mentions this but if you drop your iPhone repairs cost about 200 for the screen repair, other repairs at least 400$ about the price of the A71.

A71 have samsung pay full version. Better screen Better battery Nice os more customisable Fast charging I choose a71 than apple 11
