Iphone 11 owner here. I had been watching tech reviews before i decided to pull the trigger. I was afraid of “thicc bezels, big notch, low resolution lcd display, aluminium sides feeling less premium” FUCK that.. after 30min of usage you wont even see those “thicc bezels” anymore and matter of fact.. i like the bezels! Lcd display, daamn you wont recognize it has ‘just’ 720p resolution.. you can still play 1080p videos on youtube lol.. BATTERY is also perfect, its almost impossible to kill it in one day! CAMERA is beautiful! High quality videos and photos. Its smoooth af! Right now i have 50m screen time on my 11 and still having 100% battery haha. If youre just thinking about buying 11 but youre afraid because of some tech reviewers.. fuck them and go buy it, you really gonna love it, i am 100% positive

Christine Dyosa don’t worry, you’ll get used to the iPhone 11’s display, but I think it’ll be better if you wait for 5 months for the next years iPhone 12 and decide which one you should buy because after 5 or 7 months iPhone 11/11Pro/11ProMax prices will be reduced.

King Sun nope, he’s correct. the 11 only has a 720p display with around 330 ppi. The 11 pros have 458 ppi giving them a 1080p resolution

Get the 11 128 gb, airpods 2, and a case for the price of the base 11 pro

the battery on the pro max is phenomenal, with my 7+, i’d get home and it was at 20%, with this one, i come home and it’s at like 75%, and then i plug it in at night (around 5-6pm) and it’s still at 30%. The battery is just ahhh i can’t

dude basically said get the pro if you already had a good phone cause you'll notice the downgrade if you get the 11, and get the 11 if you had an older generation because at that point, any new phone will be new enough to satisfy you. There should be more of a compelling reason to upgrade phones in general. Not just its slightly better than what you have now.

There is a more compelling reason: your current one is falling apart lol. Currently have an iphone 6 that I got at release with a home button that's getting clicky, a broken silent button, leather case is rotting, and the charging jack feels like part of it is giving way. Only reasons I'm going for the 11 Pro is the significant difference in battery life coupled with a better Black Friday deal than for the 11 (with my carrier at least).

Why can’t anybody give a straight answer about battery life differences between these? Just because Apple markets their battery life with respect to each model’s predecessor doesn’t mean everyone else should too.

This wasn't mentioned, but the iPhone 11 only has 2x2 MIMO LTE while the 11 Pro/Max have 4x4 MIMO. This was the same last year in the XR vs XS/Max. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but it helps with LTE speeds and also in locations with low signal.

Solid video. I go here when I need reliable and insightful info on products. You take your time with filming and scripting, it shows! You guys need more subs!

Save everyone 6 minutes, the differences between the two. The camera, and the display. If those are worth spending 1100 dollars over 700 dollars then the choice is yours.

We haven't had devices usable with one hand now for years so they're all gigantic compared with what they used to be.

I've been following you since ages! The only reason to do so is that the way you describe/present the product is just awesome

The 11 actually has slower connections than the Pro (2x2 MIMO vs 4x4 MIMO), but the signal quality is the same. Not really noticeable in real life though. I bought the 11, even though i wanted the Pro. Why? Because the 11 Pro with 256GB would have cost 1320€ (64GB is not enough, 128GB not available). The 11 with 128GB cost me 850€. That's a difference of almost 500€ for the telephoto lens and the OLED screen. To me, not worth it. If they made the Pro with 128GB as Base Storage at 1150€, i might have went for it.

steve sosa maybe in your opinion but not mine!!! More memory and a longer lasting battery is much more important than visual resolution. I have thoroughly enjoyed the longer life of battery, it’s a literal marathon compared to the XS Max and I no longer have to keep deleting apps because of memory GB limitations. As far as visual resolution, when I need the ultimate, I simply go to my iPad Pro 12.9 (2018) latest generation which has all the stunning video and viewing I could ever want, and yes I keep it with me everywhere I go! Oh and also, the iPhone 11 camera is significantly better than the XS Max, the ultra wide lens and the selfie with higher pixels and wide portrait and the image stabilization in video mode is improved as well!!!

The very problem is that the pro should cost 999 with 256gb... apple sell the 64gb just to pump up the 256gb... always finding a way to steal more money... I love apple but everything cost x2 the real value. I mean you can buy the s10 at 599€ online which in pure hardware cost the same as the pro 256gb.

Ghost if the phone cost you $1200 and it lasts for three years, that's the equivalent of paying $400 per year for three straight years. If you can't afford $400 per year, you probably have bigger issues to deal with 😅 But then again, if you're just buying it to scroll through Instagram and send an occasional text, then EVERY phone is a waste of money. It all depends on what you're using it for I guess

Ghost also, the more money you spent on the phone, the more it seems to hold up at the value over time. That way when you trade it in in three years from now it might drop down from 1200 to maybe 800. Which means if your next phone only cost $900, you actually have to pay $100 out of your own pocket and the rest of the phone is already paid for by trading in your current phone

When I went to to trade in my iPhone X for iPhone I realized that it wasn’t a big difference. Afterward I asked plenty of people from bestbuy Apple Walmart etc so many electronic shops. And they all don’t see a big difference between the iPhone 11 and iPhone X except for the display. And that all suggest the iPhone 11 Pro. I bought the iPhone11 pro and my friend has the iPhone 11 and we both suggest that the iPhone 11 Pro is way better not just in looks but mostly in the system.

Got my iPhone 11 Pro on my birthday 2 days back and I’m loving it!

The display is a deal breaker for me. It will be the display you would be looking at for the next couple of years or how long you use your phone before you upgrade again. I recommend you to go look at them side by side at the store. The difference between OLED and LCD are quite something. If anyone is on the fence on which one to get I always go with this motto. If you are going to buy an iPhone now and use it for the next 3 to 5 years then get the pro models as you will get the best of the best and I believe you will enjoy the extra features it brings a long with the premium oled screen. If you upgrade every year or so then get the regular 11 as you wont be waiting too long before upgrading again. Hope this helps anyone out there.

My 5s is working perfectly fine, except some occasional glitches. This is what you say when you can't afford new iphone.

One really important thing that most reviewers don’t mention is that the OLED screen flickers and for some people it really hurts their eyes. I had the pro and had to sell it and downgrade to the 11 because it was killing my eyes. Just spoke to someone else having the same problem yesterday. He was only 21 and had used all his savings on the pro and can’t use it for very long before his eyes start hurting. I think People deserves to know this before spending a lot of money. I do miss the telephoto lens a little bit otherwise the 11 is fantastic.

I have the iPhone 11 and I had it for 6 months and I’m going to say this it’s a good phone. It’s the 1st iPhone I ever had in my life. The battery is very good! Trust me. I used it the whole entire day and the battery goes down slowly.

I still have a iPhone 6s & wanted to get the 11 in purple or green so badly but because a lot of people talking about how nice *but expensive the 11 pro / pro max is I started to get unsure if I would be happy enough with the IPhone 11. Now I am sure I will be more than happy with the regular 11 one & can save money without the fear of becoming unhappy with it after my purchase. I do think the diffrence and the quality from 6s to 11 wil be more than enough. :)

I like the fact he mentioned which to buy based off of your current phone. I have a 5S and was on the fence about which on to get, but have been leaning towards the 11. I am sold on it now. I would love to see a review from someone that moved from a 6S or older model that jumped to an 11.

I bought the iPhone 11 and returned it for the 11 pro and I’m really regretting it. The only reason I went for the 11 pro is because of the actual resolution difference but in my opinion the 11 screen size is better, the keyboard feels better to type on, the whites are clearly whiter (check at 5:57), and I feel like I get nauseous as I look at the screen. If you don’t care that the resolution is 828p then get the iPhone 11, you won’t be disappointed. In some respects I feel like you’ll get a more enjoyable experience because you’ll have a few more bucks in your pocket and won’t feel like a snob for having an expensive phone that really isn’t worth it.... seriously considering on returning the 11 pro and go back to the 11 again. 🤦🏻‍♂️

You're nauseous because AMOLED screens have something called PWM flicker; if you record the screen on camera in slow motion, you can see that the 11 Pro/Max screens flicker, while the 11's doesn't because it's LCD. That doesn't mean AMOLED is worse; it's just that some people are sensitive to the flicker, while other people like myself don't notice it. On the Android side of things, some companies like OnePlus have a system option to change how the AMOLED screen works. They added something called DC dimming to counter the flickering. Anyways, I agree with you. The 11 is the perfect size. The 828p screen in person really isn't bad, and bezel isn't. The 11 Pro really is too small, and the 11 Pro Max is too big and heavy. Yeah, battery life on the Max is great, but comfort matters too.

Anthony Leks Yes, whites are whiter on the 11, but blacks are really black on the 11 Pro, compared to the 11. Both displays have their pros and cons.

I went from the 8 Plus to the Pro Max for a few months and I will say the contrast is so much different. The Pro Max is so much nicer. Unfortunately I had to go to back the 8 Plus, but am now going to upgrade. I have gotten use to the 8 Plus screen so debating to get the 11 or the 11 Pro. I CANNOT DECIDE. I really want the premium screen but that doesn't seem like its worth an extra $300.

i had an iphone SE and surprisingly i had almost everything aside from the telefono lens.. i think this one is upgraded already .. i just love it because of the size and all the features..

I choose the 11 over the 11 Pro because you can get a telephoto lens and the fast charger later and cheaper and the screen will age better than the oled panel on the Pro

i have the 11 pro and my best friend has the 11, we ran tests for battery and zoom in photos. Over all the 11 pro was better in battery and zoom in. The 11 was kind of glitchy and the 11 pro was more clear. But the display of the 11 pro has unnoticeable flickers that my friend is sensitive to because of her epilepsy. So if you are think about it you might want to take that into mind
