Just traded in my iPhone 7 for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. What a difference! The camera, speakers, screen and battery are light years better! Love it so far! The quality and feel appears to be better than the Samsung 10S even though the Samsung was very impressive. The notch is not a big deal. I like the overall design of the iPhone.

yeah i think thats the point of apple making new phones so often. a bump from an iphone 10 to 11 isnt much but when you are ready to upgrade because your iphone 7 or 8 isn't doing that great, the difference is night and day when you finally do. i'm going from an 8 to an 11 soon and how much is different is so cool to me

Kevin Le the 11 has been a champ for me. My LG G6, coming off the charger at 9 this morning would have died at like 6 PM today, my 11 with light-moderate use through the day is at just under 30% at 11:30, about 4.5 hours of screen on time.

I upgraded to an 11 I love it! I don’t have an issue with the notch and looks like it’s going to be there on the iPhone 12

Upgraded from X to 11pro Max. I love it’s so far and don’t mind the notch at all. The battery life is the most noticeable change. It’s lasts me a full day and I only get to charge for one hour to 80 %. The screen brightness is also a welcome addition, colours are more pronounced and it’s a great experience this far.

Can't wait till they kill the notch iPhone 12 suppose to have the notch hopefully for a final time Ile get the iPhone 13 instead have the iPhone pro max 11 for 2 years but as a android user I never used a apple product probably Gona take forever to use it looks more complicated and business like phone than android because android is basic I like basic but after having a £900 phone die on me in less than a month I am going apple for insurance purposes get my phone insured by O2 not Vodafone cancel my contract pay my exit fee and just enjoy playing around with a iPhone 11 pro max I can't wait for Microsoft to get cloud gaming and it's coming to apple when it releases oviusly it's being tested on android at the moment but streaming is happening just need to get a controller phone holder so I can play gears 6 on my phone when it comes out lol

someone estimated that OLED would last an average of 3-4 years (provided that the typical usage hours) before showing decline. I don't know how his calculation will hold up. I wanted the XS, but it is no longer in the market so i bought the 11 which has a cheaper starting price than it's predecessors.

Getting my 11 pro max tomorrow (silver 256gb), upgrading from a 6s that I’ve had for 3 & half years and I can’t wait to use it! I’m probably gonna use the new one for another 3-4 years lol

I just got a pro and let me tell you. It is worth it. If you like to take photos the 2x camera is a plus but if you like to watch videos I love that the sound comes out of the speakers at the bottom and the one on the notch so it gives the feeling of someone surround sound. In terms of battery I wake up at 7 AM and use my phone extensively throughout the day almost using it 20-30 minutes every hour and 8 hours later I’m at 60%. I upgraded from an XR and I love it. The backing has a slight waxing feel to it so it offers more grip and I also use the phone to change songs in the shower and leaving water droplets on the sides and stuck in between the crevices for hours and it still has no water damage. The only complaint I would have is that with a case on sometimes fuzzies from your pockets may collect around the rim of the cameras but it’s nothing that a little rubbing from a shirt can’t take off. Overall I would say if you use your phone a lot, take photos, browse the internet, game, or any other thing that requires long time on your phone or lots of use of battery I would say upgrade. The new charger is also a plus, I can plug it in when doing something when it’s at 50% and half an hour later I’m almost at 90% in addition to working with other devices. The only downside with the charger is something that can’t be avoided which is the availability of USB-C charging ports out in buildings or some computers but that can be fixed by buying another charger if you want or buying an adaptor if you really need it but personally I can just plug it in to a wall. Edit: I will try to keep this updated for anyone paying attention or considering buying one

I’m not a big fan of Apple products but I jump from galaxy s8 to the iPhone 11 and to be honest is better than I thought it was going to be, I still miss some features from android for like install apps that are not in the AppStore’s etc.. but I begin to don’t mind those features missing in ios. Nice video :)

Great video. Easy listening and great visuals. I've watched it a few times and am still undecided as to which to get between the 11 and Pro Max. sirkastic I know this is your opinion however, why are you suggesting that? Imagine trying to review a product without knowing the specs or advantages from previous models to prove it’s better. Also, Apple’s website have all the specs from iPhone 11 all the way down to iPhone se when you select compare. Plus, there’s articles online that give opinions/leaks on current and future tech products. Apple also uploads keynotes every time there’s a new product or feature. I would like to see how you review a product without any knowledge of the device but you bought it anyway. That would basically be a visual review instead.

Usually I take these specs directly from Apple - it's all public information, but I thought it might be helpful to include it all in one place for people alongside my own opinions and views. I also don't watch or read other tech reviews until i've had a chance to get hands on with the product, form my own opinions and then write my reviews. My videos won't be for everyone, I just make my content to try and be as helpful as possible. Thanks to everyone who watches!

I'll be upgrading soon from using a Samsung Tab S2 as my daily driver, to the IPhone 11 Pro 256 gb. I can't wait since there are so many functions in the new IPhone series that i really like

I have never used IOS before because I can't afford them. The designs of the Iphone 11 pro & pro max look good for me. I appreciate the very optimized battery life, rear camera set-up, and color options specifically midnight green. If money is not an issue for me, maybe I will get either the pro or pro max.

I got mine when it came out on Sept. 20 and they were already selling out I’m glad I got ahold of the Pro Max since that one was selling out faster. Haven’t had a problem and it’s been such a beast when it comes to battery

I switched from the Iphone X to the regular Iphone 11 and can honestly say i do not regret it one bit. Specially since i did not pay 1,000 dollars like last time. Yeah the screen is LCD instead of OLED but come on it still is a great screen (for some reason LCD does not hurt my eyes). Has the perfect size and battery life will keep on getting better with the updates. Has practically everything the Iphone’s 11 pro have, and for 699$ you can’t go wrong.

Completely agree! You lose a few features but gain quite a lot more. It's not a bad trade at all!

I am using a 5s and I am going to get the iPhone 11 or the 11 Pro. I’m concerned that the size is going to be a huge change so for that reason I’m drawn more to the smaller size of the 11 Pro regardless of the other features it offers. Do you think I would really notice the difference between the size of the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro though? The 11 has a more tempting price. I’m not concerned about the texture as I will put a case on it anyway.

I’m liking the tone you have in the video. Nice and easy 👍🏼 but 1:22 You suggest we have things exactly the way they are now. The “max” is to differentiate size between the two “pros”

Thank you! Yes my point was that there's no need to call one "11 Pro" and the other "11 Pro Max". I personally think Apple should get rid of this naming system and just call both of them "iPhone 11 Pro" (5.8" 11 Pro and 6.5" 11 Pro). This would make it easier for consumers and makes more sense (not only because iPhone 11 Pro Max is a ridiculous name). They have 13" MacBook Pro and 15" MacBook Pro, the same with Apple Watch, the iPads, Macs etc so why not with the phones too? It used to make sense with phones like the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, because the Plus phones were different - they had dual lens cameras. Now that the phones are the same (aside from battery life), they should be differentiated only by size. Just my view on this though!

InsideTech I think they gave it an actual label otherwise we’d call it the big iPhone pro and the small iPhone pro. They could’ve named it “small” and “large” if they wanted to. It just needed the actual name instead of “five point eight inch iphone pro”

Gonna go from a 16gb iPhone 5s to a 128gb or 256gb iPhone 11 in white in about two-three months!!! I can’t wait, thanks for the review!

upgraded from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 11 pro max and the first thing I realized was the crackhead battery life. I can go to school with 50% battery life and not worry about the phone dying at the end of the school day. That's so crazy to me lmao

Perfect review, and comparison. I have the iPhone X for two years and going for the iPhone 11. Bit worried about the screen quality, but the camera and battery life is more important for me. The XS is still 575 euro’s (it’s a discount) and the 11 657 euro’s in the Netherlands.

It’s 4gb on all 3 models this year. The regular 11 has the same amount of ram as the pro.

Thank you very much! Yes 4 GB for all models. I actually decided to specially not mention RAM in this video. When it comes to the iPhone, it essentially doesn’t matter how much RAM it has (within reason). It’s completely different to Android where this is quite important, and you can’t just compare 1:1 really. 4 GB RAM in an iOS device could be comparable to 8 GB or more in an Android device. There are many factors involved and it’s largely down to the iOS architecture and memory management - I think this whole situation would make an interesting video actually! Even comparing iPhone to iPhone it’s not particularly relevant - but even so, I can understand people wanting to know which is fair enough! Sorry for not including it, I’m mentioning more about this in my “vs Galaxy Note 10+ video” soon and didn’t want to repeat myself too much!

I thoroughly enjoyed your video. It was good enough for real TV! I can’t listen to guys stumbling over their words and sound like complete amateurs. I agree with you on the “pro” names. Your point was well presented and made a lot of sense. Thank you very much. My 8+ has radio trouble. All I can get is EDGE even though I have an LTE sim. At least it’s better than “no service” which is what I had for a while. The 11 just doesn’t have the screen I want for outdoor use and the Pro is $300 more just for the screen and third camera. Yikes. I may just wait. Thanks again, Jet

Thank you very much! Are your issues with the 8+ definitely the phone and not your SIM card/carrier? If so then I can understand wanting to upgrade. I agree, it’s very expensive to switch to a pro, but I would expect the same prices next year too so if you really want a brighter screen you might need to bite the bullet and spend the extra money!

Nice to see the iPhone 11 utilised in my hometown!

Camera test was really more interesting then others. Not boring. :-) Not sure how there but here would be using phone while drive costly :-)

People dislike the cameras? They’re great for a phone camera. Or is it just the look? They did it for a reason. The old housing was causing some issues with red eye in pictures and stuff, I believe. I think the 3 camera set up on the pro models looks fantastic.

Mine was like that too I had to replace 6 months ago too and ever since recently my battery life has been tanking. There definitely doing something to it.
