Crossover at Kinnick Presented by State Farm Episode 2: One Day at a Time
As we approach the Crossover at Kinnick, find out what this game means to the program and members of the Hawkeyes community. Meet the inspiring 12-year-old Krysty Bujakowska from Coralville, Iowa, who has battled osteosarcoma. She has been named the Kid Captain for Crossover at Kinnick for an incredible community initiative in which she will get to take part in the famous wave to the Children’s Hospital.
For the first time in program history, the University of Iowa women’s basketball team is set to host DePaul on Oct. 15 in an outdoor scrimmage at Kinnick Stadium following a season that took the program to unprecedented heights. Get an exclusive all-access look at what it takes to host the highest attended women's basketball game in the history of the sport.

what does a kid captain do?
We're driving from Texas to be there. I cannot wait to be there celebrating last year; welcoming in this year, and honoring those kids in the hospital. I will be a special historic day!

They will move the game to Carver Hawkeye Arena. But it looks like weather will cooperate.
